El Mieyar Review is an international, peer-reviewed, non-profit scientific journal that is open to everyone (OPEN ACCESS), allowing reading, downloading, and publishing without subscription or fees. It is published regularly every three months by the Faculty of Islamic Fundamentals (Oussoul Eddine), Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences, Constantine, Algeria.

The journal began publication in 2001 as a biannual print journal and transitioned to a digital format in 2018. It has been published on the Algerian Scientific Journals Portal (ASJP) as a semiannual journal and then as a quarterly journal starting in 2019. El Mieyar Review focuses on publishing articles in Islamic, humanities, and social sciences, accepting scholarly works at both national and international levels in three languages: Arabic, French, and English.

The fields of publication are :

-Humanities and Social Sciences : Language and literature in Arabic, French, and English, philosophy, religious studies, media and communication sciences, sociology, political science, economics, law, psychology and education, library and information science, anthropology, and archaeology.

-Islamic Sciences : Quranic studies, Hadith and Sunnah studies, studies in Islamic jurisprudence, principles of Islamic jurisprudence, and objectives of Islamic law, comparative studies between Islamic law and positive law, studies in Islamic creed, Islamic dawah, and Islamic thought, comparative religion studies and interfaith dialogue, studies in Islamic history and civilization, and studies in Islamic economics.

El Mieyar Journal is overseen by an editorial board composed of an editor-in-chief, assistant editors from national and international universities, and a secretary, as well as a panel of reviewers specialized in the various fields in which the journal publishes.

Submitted articles are checked using plagiarism detection software. Articles with a similarity rate below 30% are accepted for review. Author names and information are removed, and the article is assigned to reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.The article is only approved for publication after receiving two positive peer review reports.

Open Access :

There are no publication fees or article processing charges : all articles published by El Mieyar Journal are freely and permanently available online upon publication, allowing immediate access to the full text of articles worldwide, for both individual and institutional users. They may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, cite via link, or use the articles for any other lawful purpose without prior permission from the publisher or author, without barriers and without restrictions, which is a principle that promotes a global exchange of knowledge.

مجلة دولية علمية محكّمة غير ربحية والوصول إليها مفتوح ( OPEN ACCESS)، دون اشتراك أو دفع رسوم، قراءة وتحميلا ونشرا، تصدر بانتظام كلّ ثلاثة أشهر عن كليّة أصول الدين، جامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلامية قسنطينة، الجزائر.

بدأت في الصدور سنة 2001م كمجلة ورقية، نصف سنوية، ثم تحوّلت إلى مجلة إلكترونية سنة 2018 م، تنشر على البوابة الجزائرية للمجلات العملية ( ASJP) كمجلة سداسية ثمّ كمجلة فصلية بداية من سنة 2019 م.

تعنى مجلة المعيار بنشر المقالات في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية والإسلامية، وهي تستقبل أعمالا علمية وطنية ودولية بلغات ثلاث العربية والفرنسية والانجليزية.

والمجالات التي تنشر فيها هي:

العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية: اللغة والأدب باللغات العربية والفرنسية والانجليزية، الفلسفة، الدراسات الدينية، علوم الإعلام والاتصال، علم الاجتماع، العلوم السياسية، العلوم الاقتصادية، العلوم القانونية، علوم النفس والتربية، وعلم المكتبات والمعلومات، الأنتروبوجيا، علم الآثار.

العلوم الإسلامية: الدراسات القرآنية، دراسات في الحديث والسنة النبوية، دراسات في الفقه الإسلامي وأصول الفقه ومقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية، ودراسات مقارنة بين الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون الوضعي، ودراسات في العقيدة الإسلامية والدعوة الإسلامية والفكر الإسلامي، ودراسات في مقارنة الأديان وحوار الأديان، ودراسات في التاريخ والحضارة الإسلامية، ودراسات في الاقتصاد الإسلامي.

تشرف على مجلة المعيار هيئة تحرير مكوّنة من رئيس تحرير ومحرّرين مساعدين من جامعات وطنية ودولية وسكرتير، ومن هيئة مراجعين متخصّصين في المجالات المختلفة التي تنشر فيها المجلة.

تعرض المقالات الواردة إلى المجلة على برنامج لقياس نسبة الاقتباس، فإذا كان معدل التشابه أقلّ من 30 بالمائة، يقبل المقال للمراجعة، ويحذف منه اسم صاحبه وبياناته، ويسند إلى مراجعين متخصّصين في موضوع المقال، ولا يقبل للنشر إلا بعد وصول تقريرين إيجابيين.

الوصول المفتوح:

لا توجد رسوم للنشر ولا رسوم لمعالجة المقال: جميع المقالات التي تنشرها مجلة المعيار متاحة مجانًا وبشكل دائم عبر الإنترنت بمجرد نشرها، مما يتيح الوصول الفوري إلى النص الكامل للمقالات من جميع أنحاء العالم، للمستخدمين أفرادا أو مؤسسات، ويمكن لهم قراءتها أو تحميلها أو نسخها أو توزيعها أو طباعتها أو البحث عنها أو الإشارة إليها برابط، أو استخدامها لأي غرض قانوني آخر، دون طلب إذن مسبق من الناشر أو المؤلف، دون عوائق ودون قيود، وهو مبدأ يحقق تبادلا عالميا للمعرفة.
