The journal publishes its issues only electronically, this electronic form allows it to be widely distributed. It interested in the fields of humanities and social sciences. Responsible institution: Issued by the University of Oran 2, Mohamed Ben Ahmed, the Republic of Algeria. Publication language: The best articles are published in different languages, especially: Arabic, English, and French, and it is also possible to publish in any other international language. Objectives: 1. Publication of original scientific research that had not been previously published, 2. Highlight the efforts of researchers by publishing their scientific production in all disciplines, 3.- Novelty and clarity in the subtraction, 4. Documenting intellectual ties and spreading scientific culture among researchers to achieve scientific communication, 5. Creating communication channels between specialists in the fields of humanities, social sciences, and other domains, 6. Upgrading and developing the level of scientific research in the various educational institutions by developing the methods and means used, 7. Enriching knowledge in all different fields, 8. Follow-up of scientific events such as scientific conferences, Seminars, Conferences and Workshops, and others. 9. Encouraging the process of acculturation among teachers, thinkers, and intellectuals, 10. Finally aims, to be promoted in the ranks of international journals. Journal readers: The Journal of Human and Social Studies tries to attract researchers and intellectuals, by providing quality and qualitative research in the field of humanities and social sciences. تاريخ فتح فترة الاستقبال

يُسعدنا أن نبلغ الباحثين بما يأتي:

- سنفتح استقبال المقالات من 01 جانفي 2025 إلى غاية 31 من الشهر نفسه.

- الملخص يجب أن يكون باللغة الإنجليزية ولغة المقال، ويجب أن يكون ما بين 150 و 200 كلمة.

- نقبل المقال فقط الذي التزم مؤلفه بالقالب كما هو + طريقة IMRAD + وعدم تجاوز 4000 كلمة.

- المقالات المقبولة سـتُبرمج لعدد لسنة 2025.

- ترتيب المقالات يكون بناءً على تاريخ القبول.

- المقالات بالأنجليزية تُعطى لها الأولوية.

Article submissions from January 1 to January 31, 2025

The abstract must be in English, and the abstract should be between 150 and 200 words.

جـدلية العـنف و التـسامح بين الديني و العلماني ،هابرماس نموذجا

الملخص: ليست مسألة العنف حديثة التداول بل جذورها ضاربة في أعماق التاريخ البشري و ما شهده من صراعات و حروب عبر الحضارات الإنسانية ، و قد أخذ عدة أشكال و أنواع و على الرَغم من محاولات الحد من العنف من خلال مشاريع الســلام التي حاولت القضاء على هذه الظاهرة و لكن طبيعة الحياة مبنية على قانون التضاد لضمان الاستمرارية و على ذلك الأسـاس فإن المسألة مازالت متفشية و تشكل جدلا و تثير اهتمام المختصين في هذا المجال و خاصة في الدراسات الفلسفية المعاصرة و هـذا ما تنبني عليه دراستنا في هذا المقال من خلال تناول ذلك الصـــراع القائم بين الديني و العلماني و محاولات أساليب التهدئة بينهما و تحقيق التوافق و ذلك على أساس مشروع يورغن هابرماس ، مجتمع ما بعد العلمانية . Abstract: The issue of newly traded violence, but its roots are striking in the depths of human history and the conflicts and wars it witnessed through human civilizations, and it has taken several forms and types and despite the attempts to reduce violence through peace projects that tried to eliminate this phenomenon But the nature of life is based on the contradiction law to ensure continuity, and on that basis, the issue is still rampant and constitutes controversy and arouses the attention of specialists in this field, especially in contemporary philosophical studies, and this is what our study in this article is based on by dealing with that existing conflict between Religious and secular and attempts to calm them and achieve compatibility, on the basis of the Juergen Habermas project, a post -secular society.

الملخص: إنّ الانعطاف الذي شهده العلم في العصر الحديث بظهور الثورة الصناعية والمعلوماتية جعل الفنون عامة والفن السينمائي خاصة تشهد انزياحا صوب التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة التي أحدثت نقلة في صناعة الفن السابع لا سيما بعد تطور الحاسوب وبرمجياته، هذا التطور أثار عدّة تساؤلات حول القيمة الجمالية والأخلاقية لسينما الذكاء الاصطناعي وما صاحبها من توجسات بسبب الاستخدام اللاأخلاقي لها خاصة بعد تزويد الآلة بخوارزميات من البيانات التي تصف ملامح ووجوه الممثلين و تعيد استنساخ أصواتهم وحركاتهم، ولقد سعينا في ورقنا البحثية هذه استجلاء أهم المقاربات الفنية والفلسفية ومعرفة توجهاتها إزاء أثر هته التطبيقات في حقل السينما ، والكشف عن مدى أهمية المشروع الإيتيقي الضابط لها. Abstract: The turn that science has witnessed in modern times with the emergence of the industrial revolution and informatics has made the arts public and the cinematic art private to see a shift towards modern digital technologies that have brought about a shift in the seventh art industry, especially after the development of the computer and its software This development has raised several questions about the aesthetic and ethical value of AI cinema, The attendant anxieties due to the immoral use thereof, especially after providing the machine with algorithms of data describing the features and faces of the representatives and reproducing their voices and movements In this paper, we sought to clarify the most important artistic and philosophical approaches and their trends in the impact of such applications on the cinema field, and to reveal the importance of the control project.
