E-governance And Its Role In Improving The Quality Of Health Services: A Field Study At The Hospital Institution, El Tarf Province

Abstract

This study seeks to explore the role of e-governance in enhancing the quality of health services at a hospital institution in El Tarf Province. A survey method, through interviews with 25 health sector employees within the institution under study, was employed as the primary research tool. The findings of the study indicate that e-governance, along with its key components, plays a significant role in improving the quality of health services provided to patients at the institution in question.
