Les Associations De Prise En Charge Des Enfants Autistes En Algérie. Réalités Et Perspectives Cas D’étude : Association Adea, Wilaya De Bejaia.

Résumé : Cette étude qualitative met en lumière le rôle des associations dans la prise en charge et l'accompagnement des enfants autistes, à l'exemple de l'association ADEA (D'un Monde à l'Autre), située dans la wilaya de Bejaia. À partir des entretiens avec des parents, des professionnels de santé et des acteurs associatifs, l'étude met en évidence les difficultés rencontrées par les familles, le manque de ressources nécessaires à la prise en charge des enfants autistes et l'importance d'un accompagnement pluridisciplinaire. L’association apparait comme un acteur de médiation et de soutien, contribuant à l’inclusion sociale et à l’amélioration des conditions de vie des enfants autistes. Mots-clés : autisme, association, prise en charge, accompagnement, famille Abstract (English): This qualitative study investigates the role of associations in the care and support of autistic children, using the example of the ADEA association (D'un Monde à l'Autre), located in the wilaya of Bejaia. Based on interviews with parents, healthcare professionals and associations, the study highlights the difficulties encountered by families, the lack of resources needed to care for autistic children and the importance of multidisciplinary support. The association is seen as a mediator and provider of support, contributing to social inclusion and improving living conditions for autistic children Keywords: Autism; Association; Care; Support; Family . ملخص باللغة العربية تسلط هذه الدراسة النوعية الضوء على دور الجمعيات في رعاية ودعم الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد، وذلك باستخدام مثال جمعية” عالم واحد من أجل الآخر“الموجودة في ولاية بجاية. استنادًا إلى مقابلات مع أولياء الأمور والمهنيين الصحيين والجمعيات، تسلط الدراسة الضوء على الصعوبات التي تواجهها الأسر، ونقص الموارد اللازمة لرعاية الأطفال المصابين بالتوحد وأهمية الدعم متعدد التخصصات. يُنظر إلى الجمعية على أنها وسيط ومقدم للدعم، وتساهم في الإدماج الاجتماعي وتحسين الظروف المعيشية للأطفال المصابين بالتوحد كلمات مفتاحية: التوحد؛ الجمعية؛ الرعاية؛ الدعم؛ الأسرة
