Description
(Lougha- Kalam) is a peer-reviewed, non-profit scientific journal that is published three times a year, with the possibility of issuing a special edition annually. The journal provides publishers with the opportunity to publish original research that has not been previously published, as it is handled according to reliable scientific mechanisms. The journal is published by the Language and Communication Laboratory at the of Ahmed ZABANA Relizane, Algeria, focusing on linguistic and literary studies, offering an academic platform for researchers to contribute innovative works through precise and objective research that meets the standards of peer-reviewed articles. The articles of the journal are published in both printed and electronic editions, allowing for direct reading and downloading. The journal also opens its doors to all academics in the fields of literature and languages, encouraging scientific and intellectual contributions on contemporary topics related to its specialization, making it a space for serious scientific dialogue, inspired by cultural identity and open to currents of human thought. The journal (Loughat- Kalam) publishes an issue every three months in Arabic, Amazigh, French, and English, according to a volume system. Special issues may be published. the article is subjected to a review process by two experts specialized in the subject. A third expert may be consulted to decide on the outcome of the review if necessary. The comments of the peer reviewers are sent to the authors for the necessary amendments to the research text before publication. The accepted article is not published until it has been reviewed and revised by specialists in linguistic review and translation. The journal publishes studies, research, and scientific articles that address topics related to one of the following fields: literature, linguistics, criticism, and art.
مجلـة (لغة كلام) مجلة علمية محكمة غير ربحية، تصدر ثلاث مرات في السنة، مع إمكانية إصدار عدد خاص كل سنة. تعطي فرصا للناشرين من دون قيود وتهتم بنشر البحوث الأصيلة التي لم يسبق لها أن نشرت، والتي يتم معالجتها في قالب أو آلية وطريقة علمية موثقة. تصدر مجلـة (لغة كلام) عن مخبر اللغة والتواصل، بجامعة غليزان - الجزائر. تهتم بمجال الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية، وتوفر منصة أكاديمية للباحثين للمساهمة في العمل المبتكر ببحوث أصيلة معروضة بدقة وموضوعية، بشكل علمي يطابق مواصفات المقالات المحكمة. ;يتم نشر مقالات المجلة في كل من الإصدارات المطبوعة والإلكترونية، وهي متاحة للقراءة والتحميل المباشر. تفتح المجلة فضاءَ لجميع أصحاب القدرات العلمية في مجال الآداب واللغات وذلك بالمساهمة العلمية والمعرفية في أعدادها بأحد المواضيع المستجدة المتعلقة بمجال تخصصها، لتكون ساحة للحوار العلمي الجاد، منطلقة من روافد الهوية، ومستلهمة نظرة كونية منفتحة، ومشرّعة نوافذها لتيارات الفكر الإنساني بثقة وتبصّر وأناة. تصدر مجلـة (لغة كلام) عددا في كل ثلاثي باللّغات العربية والأمازيغية والفرنسية و الانجليزية ، وفق نظام المجلّدات ويمكن أن تصدر أعداداً خاصة، يمر البحث عبر مراحل منها أنه يخضع التحكيم من قبل خبيرين اثنين مختصَين في موضوع البحث قصد تقييمه. وقد يتم اللجوء إلى خبير ثالث للفصل في نتيجة الخبرة إذا تطلب الأمر ذلك. ترسل ملاحظات الخبراء المحكمين إلى المؤلفين قصد إدخال التعديلات المطلوبة على نص البحث قبل نشره. ولا يُنشر المقال الذي يحظى بالقبول إلا بعد قراءته وتنقيحه من مختصين في التدقيق اللغوي والترجمة. تنشر المجلة الدراسات والأبحاث والمقالات العلمية التي تتناول الموضوعات المتعلقة بأحد الميادين الآتية : المجالات الأدبية واللغوية والنقدية والفنية.
