About the Journal

Loughat-Kalam Journal is an open access, peer-reviewed, non-profit academic journal published by the Language and Communication Laboratory at Ahmed Zabana University of Relizane, Algeria. The journal aims to promote high-quality scientific research and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of linguistics, literary studies, criticism, and the arts. It provides an academic platform for researchers and scholars at both national and international levels to publish original and innovative research.

The journal is published three times a year according to a volume system, with the possibility of special issues. It accepts manuscripts in Arabic, Amazigh, French, and English. Articles are published in both electronic and print formats, ensuring immediate open access and allowing readers to freely read and download the content without restrictions.

Loughat-Kalam Journal follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. Each submission is evaluated by at least two specialized reviewers, and a third reviewer may be consulted if necessary. Accepted manuscripts undergo linguistic review to ensure clarity and academic quality. The journal also applies strict publication ethics and routinely screens all submissions for plagiarism to ensure the originality of published work.

The journal operates under a full open access policy, and freely available to readers immediately upon publication. The journal supports the principle that free and unrestricted access to scientific knowledge enhances global academic exchange and research dissemination.. Authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the article and to identify itself as the original publisher. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which allows users to share and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes, provided the source is properly acknowledged..

مجلة لغة–كلام (Loughat-Kalam) هي مجلة علمية أكاديمية محكّمة ذات وصول حر (Open Access) وغير ربحية، تصدر عن مخبر اللغة والتواصل بجامعة أحمد زبانة غليزان، الجزائر. تهدف المجلة إلى نشر البحوث العلمية الأصيلة والمبتكرة في مجالات الدراسات اللغوية والأدبية والنقدية والفنية، والمساهمة في تطوير المعرفة وتعزيز الحوار العلمي بين الباحثين على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

تصدر المجلة ثلاث مرات في السنة وفق نظام المجلدات، مع إمكانية إصدار أعداد خاصة. وتنشر المقالات باللغات العربية، والأمازيغية، والفرنسية، والإنجليزية، في نسختين إلكترونية وورقية، مما يتيح الوصول الحر والفوري إلى محتواها وقراءته وتحميله دون أي قيود.

تعتمد المجلة نظام التحكيم العلمي المزدوج المجهول (Double-Blind Peer Review)، حيث تُعرض جميع المقالات المقدمة على محكّمين اثنين متخصصين في مجال البحث، مع إمكانية الاستعانة بمحكّم ثالث عند الضرورة. كما تخضع المقالات المقبولة للمراجعة اللغوية لضمان جودة وسلامة النص العلمي. وتلتزم المجلة بتطبيق أخلاقيات النشر العلمي، حيث يتم فحص جميع المقالات باستخدام برامج كشف الانتحال لضمان أصالة الأعمال المنشورة.

تُدار المجلة وفق سياسة الوصول المفتوح الكامل، وتُتاح محتوياتها للقراء مجانًا فور نشرها. وتؤمن المجلة بأن الوصول الحر وغير المقيد إلى المعرفة العلمية يُعزز التبادل الأكاديمي العالمي ونشر البحوث. يمنح المؤلفون المجلة ترخيصًا غير حصري لنشر المقالة وإعادة إنتاجها وتوزيعها، مع الإشارة إلى المجلة كناشر أصلي. تُنشر المقالات بموجب ترخيص المشاع الإبداعي نَسب المُؤَلِّف - غير تجاري 4.0 الدولي (CC BY-NC 4.0)، الذي يسمح للمستخدمين بمشاركة المحتوى وتعديله لأغراض غير تجارية، شريطة الإشارة إلى المصدرالا صلي بشكل صحيح.
