Management and Development Research and Studies Review is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, Bi-annual and free of charge, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial Studies and Management Sciences Ali Lounici University – Blida2, Algeria. The journal focuses on the following topics: Economics; Marketing; Management; Finance and Accounting.The journal aims are to disseminate sciences within the framework of its specialization. It targets postgraduate students, professors and all researchers, whether in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. The journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in practical aspects of Management; Development; Economics, society and human behaviors. The journal is published in both print and online versions.The research projects are published in three languages: Arabic, English and French. All papers around the world are very welcome in our International Journal.

مواعيد استقبال المقالات لأعداد مجلة الإدارة والتنمية للبحوث والدراسات

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته؛

تواصل مجلة الإدارة والتنمية للبحوث والدراسات، الصادرة عن: مخبر تسيير الجماعات المحلية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية، الموطن لدى: جامعة علي لونيسي-البليدة02-، استصدار مجلداتها بشكل دوري ومنتظم: العدد الأول في 01 جوان، والعدد02 في 01 ديسمبر من كل سنة، في دوراتها العادية، محترمة شروط وقوالب النشر في المجلة بدقة كبيرة، آخذة بعين الاعتبار نسبة التشابه للمقالات المقبولة للنشر في المجلة انطلاقا من عدد ديسمبر النسبة التي لا تتجاوز 20% كنسبة تشابه مع المقالات التي تنشر.

ونود التذكير بأنّ آجال استقبال المقالات مفتوحة طوال أيام السنة، ومتى تم قبول المقال، وتم إرسال التعهد الكتابي إلى البريد الالكتروني للمجلة (revue.adre2011@gmail.com)واستوفى الشروط التنظيمية للمجلة، ينشر في أقرب عدد يصدر من تلك السنة.

أتمنى من الباحثين المساهمة الفعّالة في سبيل تطوير المجلة والارتقاء بها إلى مصاف المجلات العالمية من خلال التعاون والتجاوب الفعال مع شروط واشتراطات المجلة للنشر فيها، كما ترحب هيئة تحرير المجلة بأي ملاحظة من شأنها أن تؤدي إلى التطوير والتحسين المستمر لنشاط المجلة.

Résumé: The study aims to investigate the links between the use of artificial intelligence apps and the effectiveness of HR management in organizations. This may be achieved by tackling the concept of artificial intelligence and its key applications, as well as identifying the areas where AI can be adopted in HRM, and lastly the future of human resources in the presence of artificial intelligence. The study also highlights the experiences of some companies in the field of HRM under AI, relying on a descriptive approach. The study concluded that there is imperative to train and educate human resource personnel about the principles and practices of artificial intelligence, as well as to update and improve artificial intelligence technology utilized in HRM.

Mots clés: Apps, Artificial Intelligence ; Evolution ; Human Resource Management.
