الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة واقع الرقمنة والتعامل الذكي في كلية العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية بجامعة الجزائر 3، باعتبارها إحدى أهم المؤسسات الأكاديمية التي تسعى إلى تطوير ممارساتها البيداغوجية والإدارية في ضوء التحول الرقمي. يتناول المقال أهم المبادرات الرقمية التي تم اعتمادها، وكيفية توظيفها في خدمة الطلبة والأساتذة والإدارة، بالإضافة إلى رصد التحديات التي تواجهها الكلية في هذا المجال. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن الرقمنة باتت خيارًا استراتيجيا يفرض نفسه في ظل التغيرات التكنولوجية المتسارعة، حيث ساهمت في تسهيل الوصول إلى المعلومة، وتطوير أنماط التدريس والبحث العلمي، غير أن هناك معوقات تقنية وبشرية يجب معالجتها لضمان الانتقال السلس نحو جامعة ذكية. This research aims to examine the reality of digitalization and smart management at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, University of Algiers 3, as one of the most important academic institutions seeking to develop its pedagogical and administrative practices in light of digital transformation. The paper addresses the main digital initiatives adopted, their implementation in serving students, faculty, and administration, as well as the challenges faced by the faculty in this domain. The study concludes that digitalization has become a strategic option imposed by the accelerating technological changes, as it has facilitated access to information, improved teaching and research methods, yet there remain technical and human obstacles that need to be addressed to ensure a smooth transition toward a smart university.
