This study examines the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mechanisms in enhancing the business environment in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It aims to analyze how CSR contributes to corporate performance, investment attractiveness, and sustainable development. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach combined with a case study methodology based on secondary data from international reports, ESG indicators, and UAE official statistics. The findings indicate that approximately 60% of UAE companies integrate all ESG dimensions into their strategies, while 71% actively engage employees in CSR initiatives. The results demonstrate that CSR enhances corporate reputation, strengthens stakeholder trust, and improves regulatory compliance. Furthermore, institutional factors such as government policies, free zones, and sovereign wealth funds play a critical role in promoting CSR practices. The study concludes that CSR represents a strategic tool for achieving sustainable economic growth and strengthening the competitiveness of the UAE business environment.
