خصائص النظام المالي الإسلامي على ضوء الرؤية الكونية الإسلامية

الملخص
تتناول هذ الدراسة خصائص النظام المالي الإسلامي من منظور إسلامي شامل، حيث تحلل المبادئ الجوهرية التي يرتكز عليها وكيفية تكاملها مع الرؤية الكونية الإسلامية. وتبرز أهمية البحث في ظل الحاجة المتزايدة لتطوير أنظمة مالية متوافقة مع الشريعة الإسلامية وتواجه في الوقت ذاته التحديات الاقتصادية المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال فهم أعمق للأسس الشرعية والتنظيمية الحاكمة للمعاملات المالية الإسلامية. اعتمدت الدّراسة على المنهج التحليلي والمقارن، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن تميز النظام المالي الإسلامي بارتباطه العضوي بالقيم الأخلاقية والعدالة الاجتماعية، وتبنيه لآليات المشاركة في الربح والخسارة، مما يميزه جذريًا عن النظم التقليدية. وعليه، يخلص البحث إلى توصيات عملية تسهم في التطبيق الفعّال للمالية الإسلامية عبر سياسات تشريعية وتنظيمية داعمة، بما يبرز دورها المحوري كأداة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة في المجتمعات الإسلامية. This study examines the characteristics of the Islamic financial system from a comprehensive Islamic perspective. It analyzes the fundamental principles upon which it is based and explores how these principles integrate with the holistic Islamic worldview. The significance of this research lies in the growing need to develop financial systems that comply with Islamic law (Shariah) while simultaneously addressing contemporary economic challenges. This can only be achieved through a deeper understanding of the legal and regulatory foundations governing Islamic financial transactions. The study adopts both analytical and comparative methodologies. Its findings reveal that the Islamic financial system is uniquely distinguished by its organic connection to moral values and social justice, as well as its adoption of profit-and-loss sharing mechanisms, which fundamentally set it apart from conventional financial systems. Accordingly, the research concludes with practical recommendations aimed at promoting the effective implementation of Islamic finance through supportive legislative and regulatory policies, thereby highlighting its pivotal role as an instrument for achieving sustainable economic development in Muslim societies.
