Description
I. Journal Identity Afaq Fikriya is an internationally recognized, peer-reviewed academic journal specialized in the social and human sciences, published by the Laboratory of Islamic Thought Studies at the University of Djillali Liabes, Sidi Bel Abbès, Algeria, since its establishment in 2013. The journal is published biannually, with the possibility of additional special issues for scientific conferences or exceptional thematic events. ISSN (print): 2353-0367 — EISSN (online): 2602-5507.
II. Aims and Scope :Afaq Fikriya aims to publish original, high-quality research and studies in the social and human sciences that contribute to the development of conceptual, theoretical, and empirical knowledge. The journal is open to contributions from professors and researchers across universities, research centers, and academic institutions nationally and internationally, accepting manuscripts in Arabic, French, and English. It strives to become a distinguished international scientific platform that fosters the exchange of expertise and findings among researchers worldwide.
III. Disciplines Covered :The journal covers a wide range of disciplines including: Sociology & Demography, Communication & Anthropology, Philosophy, Psychology & Educational Sciences, European Civilization, History & Islamic Civilization, Language & Linguistics, and Sharia & Law.
IV. Editorial Policy :The journal is committed to the principles of transparency and best practices in international academic publishing. The editorial board is fully responsible for the scientific content of the journal, including special issues, and ensures a balanced representation of local, national, and international contributions in Arabic, French, and English. Manuscripts are desk-rejected at the initial stage if they fall outside the journal's scope, contain plagiarism, or fail to meet basic language and formatting requirements. Editorial decisions are as follows: Accept outright — Minor revision — Major revision — Reject outright
V. Peer Review Process :Each submitted manuscript undergoes an initial screening by an editorial board member to assess its suitability for the journal. Once accepted administratively, it is sent for double-blind peer review by at least two independent expert reviewers who evaluate the validity, significance, and originality of the work without knowledge of the author's identity. All identifying information is removed prior to review to preserve integrity. In case of conflicting reviewer decisions, a third arbitrating reviewer is consulted. The publication process from submission to final decision takes between 8 and 16 weeks.
VI. Submission, Acceptance, and Publication Dates: In line with its commitment to full transparency throughout the publication process, Afaq Fikriya displays the three key dates for every published article: the date of manuscript receipt, the date of acceptance following peer review, and the date of actual publication, following this format: Received: DD / MM / YYYY Accepted: DD / MM / YYYY Published: DD / MM / YYYY This practice enables researchers to assess the actual duration of the review process, strengthens the scientific community's confidence in the journal's operations
VII. Open Access Policy: Afaq Fikriya operates under a full open access model with no article processing charges (APC) at any stage, including submission, evaluation, and publication. All articles are permanently and immediately accessible to the public upon publication with no embargo period and no registration requirement, under a CC BY-NC 4.0 license that permits free reuse for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Authors are permitted to self-archive the published version in personal or institutional repositories at any time without prior permission.
VIII. Publication Ethics: The journal is fully committed to ICMJE authorship criteria, considering ghost authorship, gift authorship, and authorship for sale as forms of scientific misconduct. A zero-tolerance plagiarism policy is enforced with a maximum accepted similarity rate of 20%. Full disclosure of conflicts of interest is mandatory for all authors, editors, and reviewers. Excessive self-citation and citation manipulation are considered misconduct. ORCID iD is mandatory for all authors from 2025 onward, and the use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT for article content generation does not comply with the journal's authorship criteria.
IX. Submission Guidelines: Manuscripts are submitted exclusively through the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform at https://www.asjp.cerist.dz after opening a dedicated author account. An English title, abstract, and keywords are required for all manuscripts regardless of the language of the main text. Simultaneous submissions to multiple journals are not accepted, and manuscripts must not exceed 25 pages while respecting the journal's template. The recommended structure is: Introduction — Theoretical Framework & Literature Review — Methodology — Results & Discussion — Conclusion & Recommendations — References — Acknowledgements (optional) — Author Contributions (optional).
X. Archiving and Repository Policy: All articles are archived on the ASJP platform developed by CERIST and in other open-access scientific repositories. Authors are permitted to archive the publisher's version in personal or institutional repositories at any time without requiring prior permission.
XI. Indexing and Accreditation: The journal is accredited by the Algerian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) and listed in the DGRSDT national database. It is indexed on the ASJP platform developed by CERIST, and actively pursues indexing in internationally recognized scientific databases to broaden its scholarly reach and academic impact.

1.هوية المجلة "آفاق فكرية" مجلة أكاديمية دولية محكّمة، متخصصة في العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، تصدر عن مختبر دراسات الفكر الإسلامي بجامعة جيلالي اليابس، سيدي بلعباس، الجزائر، منذ تأسيسها عام 2013. تصدر المجلة مرتين في السنة، مع إمكانية إصدار أعداد خاصة للمؤتمرات العلمية أو المناسبات الموضوعية الاستثنائية. الرقم الدولي المعياري للنشر الورقي: 2353-0367 — الرقم الدولي المعياري للنشر الإلكتروني: 2602-5507.
2. الأهداف ونطاق المجلة تهدف "آفاق فكرية" إلى نشر بحوث ودراسات أصيلة وعالية الجودة في العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية، تُسهم في تطوير المعرفة المفاهيمية والنظرية والتجريبية. تستقبل المجلة مساهمات الأساتذة والباحثين من الجامعات ومراكز البحث والمؤسسات الأكاديمية على المستويين الوطني والدولي، وتقبل المخطوطات باللغات العربية والفرنسية والإنجليزية. وتسعى إلى أن تصبح منصة علمية دولية متميزة تعزز تبادل الخبرات والنتائج بين الباحثين حول العالم.
3. التخصصات التي تغطيها المجلة تشمل المجلة طيفًا واسعًا من التخصصات، منها: علم الاجتماع والديموغرافيا، الإعلام والأنثروبولوجيا، الفلسفة، علم النفس والعلوم التربوية، الحضارة الأوروبية، التاريخ والحضارة الإسلامية، اللغة واللسانيات، والشريعة والقانون.
4. السياسة التحريرية تلتزم المجلة بمبادئ الشفافية وأفضل الممارسات في النشر الأكاديمي الدولي. تتحمل هيئة التحرير المسؤولية الكاملة عن المحتوى العلمي للمجلة بما فيه الأعداد الخاصة، وتحرص على التوازن في تمثيل المساهمات المحلية والوطنية والدولية باللغات الثلاث. تُرفض المخطوطات في مرحلة الفرز الأولي إذا خرجت عن نطاق المجلة، أو تضمنت انتحالًا، أو أخفقت في استيفاء الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات اللغوية والشكلية. وتتخذ هيئة التحرير القرارات التالية: قبول مباشر — مراجعة طفيفة — مراجعة جوهرية — رفض مباشر.
5. عملية التحكيم العلمي يخضع كل مخطوط مُقدَّم لفرز أولي من قِبَل أحد أعضاء هيئة التحرير للتحقق من مدى ملاءمته للمجلة. وبعد قبوله إداريًا، يُحال إلى التحكيم المزدوج المجهول من قِبَل محكّمَيْن خبيرَيْن مستقلَّيْن على الأقل، يُقيّمان صحة البحث وأهميته وأصالته دون علم بهوية المؤلف. تُزال جميع المعلومات التعريفية قبل التحكيم صونًا للنزاهة. وفي حال تعارض قرارَي المحكّمَيْن، يُستعان بمحكّم ثالث للفصل في الخلاف. تتراوح مدة عملية النشر من الإرسال حتى القرار النهائي بين 8 و16 أسبوعًا.
6. تواريخ التقديم والقبول والنشر حرصًا على الشفافية الكاملة في مسار النشر، تعرض "آفاق فكرية" ثلاثة تواريخ رئيسية لكل مقال منشور: تاريخ استلام المخطوط، تاريخ قبوله عقب التحكيم، وتاريخ نشره الفعلي، وفق الصيغة التالية: تاريخ الاستلام: يوم / شهر / سنة — تاريخ القبول: يوم / شهر / سنة — تاريخ النشر: يوم / شهر / سنة. تُتيح هذه الممارسة للباحثين تقدير المدة الفعلية لعملية التحكيم، وتعزز ثقة المجتمع العلمي في آليات عمل المجلة.
7. سياسة الوصول المفتوح تعمل "آفاق فكرية" وفق نموذج الوصول المفتوح الكامل دون أي رسوم نشر (APC) في أي مرحلة، سواء عند التقديم أو التقييم أو النشر. تُتاح جميع المقالات للعموم فور نشرها بصفة دائمة وفورية دون أي فترة حظر أو اشتراط تسجيل، وذلك وفق رخصة CC BY-NC 4.0 التي تُجيز إعادة الاستخدام الحر لأغراض غير تجارية مع الإشارة المناسبة للمصدر. يحق للمؤلفين في أي وقت أرشفة النسخة المنشورة في مستودعاتهم الشخصية أو المؤسسية دون الحاجة إلى إذن مسبق.
8. أخلاقيات النشر تلتزم المجلة التزامًا كاملًا بمعايير تأليف ICMJE، وتعدّ التأليف الوهمي وتأليف الهبة وبيع حق التأليف أشكالًا من أشكال سوء السلوك العلمي. تُطبَّق سياسة صفر تساهل في الانتحال بحد أقصى لنسبة التشابه المقبولة يبلغ 20%. الإفصاح الكامل عن تضارب المصالح إلزامي لجميع المؤلفين والمحررين والمحكّمين. تُعدّ الاستشهادات الذاتية المفرطة والتلاعب في الاستشهادات سلوكًا مخالفًا للأخلاقيات. يُعدّ الرقم الدولي للباحث ORCID إلزاميًا لجميع المؤلفين اعتبارًا من عام 2025، كما لا يتوافق استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي كـ ChatGPT في توليد محتوى المقال مع معايير التأليف المعتمدة في المجلة.
9. إرشادات التقديم تُرسَل المخطوطات حصريًا عبر منصة المجلات العلمية الجزائرية على الرابط: https://www.asjp.cerist.dz بعد فتح حساب مؤلف مخصص. يُشترط تقديم عنوان ومستخلص وكلمات مفتاحية باللغة الإنجليزية لجميع المقالات بصرف النظر عن لغة النص الرئيسي. لا تُقبل المقالات المقدَّمة في آنٍ واحد إلى أكثر من مجلة، ولا يتجاوز حجم المقال 25 صفحة مع الالتزام بقالب المجلة. يُوصى باتباع الهيكل التالي: المقدمة — الإطار النظري ومراجعة الأدبيات — المنهجية — النتائج والمناقشة — الخلاصة والتوصيات — المراجع— إسهامات المؤلفين (اختياري).
10. سياسة الأرشفة والمستودعات تُؤرشَف جميع المقالات على منصة ASJP التي طوّرها CERIST وفي مستودعات علمية مفتوحة الوصول أخرى. يحق للمؤلفين أرشفة النسخة المنشورة في مستودعاتهم الشخصية أو المؤسسية في أي وقت دون الحاجة إلى إذن مسبق.
11. الفهرسة والاعتماد المجلة معتمدة من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الجزائرية (MESRS) ومدرجة في قاعدة البيانات الوطنية لـ DGRSDT. كما أنها مفهرسة على منصة ASJP التي طوّرها CERIST، وتسعى بصفة نشطة إلى الفهرسة في قواعد البيانات العلمية الدولية المعترف بها لتوسيع انتشارها الأكاديمي وتعزيز أثرها العلمي.
