الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث المعنون بـ"رؤية تاريخية للحياة الثقافية والاجتماعية لقبائل الفلان في القرنين 18 و19" دراسة شاملة للحياة اليومية والاحتفالات والعادات الاجتماعية لقبائل الفلان خلال الحقبة الاستعمارية. يهدف البحث إلى تحليل كيفية تفاعل هذه القبائل مع العالم الخارجي وتأثيرات التبادل الثقافي الذي شهدته تلك الفترة. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام روايات الرحالة الأوروبيين كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث شكلت عينة البحث مجموعة مختارة من تقارير ومذكرات هؤلاء الرحالة. أظهرت النتائج أن قبائل الفلان كانت تتمتع بنظام حكم وهيكل اجتماعي متكامل، وأسهمت بشكل فعال في التجارة الإقليمية، كما عكست الروايات مدى التنوع الثقافي والديني لديهم. وبيّن البحث كيف أسهمت هذه الوثائق في تكوين الفهم الغربي والصور النمطية عن الثقافات الإفريقية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الفولان، القبائل، اللغة، التاريخ، التفاعل الثقافي، العادات. This research, entitled “A Historical Perspective on the Cultural and Social Life of the Fulani in the 18th and 19th Centuries,” presents a comprehensive study of the daily life, celebrations, and social customs of the Fulani tribes during the colonial period. The study aims to analyze how these tribes interacted with the outside world and the effects of the cultural exchange that took place at the time. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, using the narratives of European travelers as the main tool for data collection, with a sample consisting of selected reports and memoirs of these travelers. The results revealed that the Fulani tribes had an organized governance system and an integrated social structure, and they played an active role in regional trade. The accounts also reflected the rich cultural and religious diversity among them. Furthermore, the study demonstrated how these documents contributed to shaping Western understanding and stereotypes of African cultures.
