This study examines the role of Djilali Liabes University libraries (Sidi Bel Abbès) in supporting entrepreneurial culture among Humanities and Social Sciences students. Using a descriptive survey design, data were collected from a purposive sample of 51 students (96.1% at the Master's level). Findings indicate moderate perceived support across key dimensions: informational resources (M=3.10, SD=1.03), guidance services (M=2.94, SD=1.07), infrastructure (M=3.55, SD=0.89), and economic openness (M=3.27, SD=0.22). While physical spaces were positively rated, significant gaps persist in practical resources and personalized mentoring. The most cited barrier was the scarcity of up-to-date materials (26.2%), while 29.6% of participants prioritized establishing a dedicated entrepreneurship corner. The overall entrepreneurial impact was moderate (M=3.00), suggesting library support remains largely symbolic. The study recommends strategic reorientation toward curating applied resources, developing digital guidance platforms, and formalizing partnerships with business incubators to align academic libraries with the entrepreneurial mission of Fourth-Generation Universities.
