The Plurality Of Cooperative Framework As Mechanism To Curb Illegal Immigration With The Framework Of Regional And Tran’s Regional

الملخص
The International Youth Action Group and the three countries have been concerned with finding solutions to address the problem of illegal immigration of migrants, from intensifying work within a permanent security framework for Europeans and the United Nations African Union, in addition to the Rabat Declaration of 2006, as well as the Migration Pact of 2008, which was a guest of migrants because it joined new members at the level of the Union 2006. This highly important research study aims to highlight the international and regional efforts through which the search for realistic solutions is continuously carried out, which has been embodied in bilateral cooperative initiatives, some of which focus on police cooperation and others on regional and trans regional security cooperation. From this standpoint, the phenomenon of illegal immigration has occupied the forefront of international, regional and trans regional concerns, and it is considered a strong incentive for the concerned parties to activate and strengthen the approach of “cooperative security” among them, and as a practical incentive to put an end to such common security threats facing most countries, which has produced many cooperative initiatives at the regional and trans regional levels to achieve future goals regarding this complex issue
