الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استكشاف كيفية استخدام الشباب العربي، ولا سيما الجزائري منهم، لمنصات الإعلام الجديد في دعم وتعزيز عملية التغيير السياسي السلمي. كما تسعى إلى رصد وتوصيف طبيعة تفاعل هذه الفئة مع منصات مثل فيسبوك ويوتيوب، وإبراز الإمكانات التي تتيحها هذه الوسائط في تشكيل الأحداث الإعلامية ذات الأبعاد السياسية والاجتماعية، من خلال إنتاج المحتوى التواصلي، والمشاركة في المجموعات النقاشية، والتعليق، والنشر، وما يرافق ذلك من بلورة للرأي العام. يأتي هذا في سياق فهم الأسباب التي تدفع الشباب العربي والجزائري نحو المطالبة بالتغيير السياسي، ودوافع إقبالهم على منصات الإعلام الجديد كآلية تعبيرية دفاعية في قراءتهم للمشهد السياسي الراهن. This research paper explores the use of new media platforms by Arab youth, particularly Algerians, in activating and supporting the process of peaceful political change. It seeks to describe and analyze the extent of their interaction with platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, highlighting these platforms' potential in shaping media events with political and social dimensions. This is achieved through the production of communicative content, participation in discussion groups, commenting, and publishing, alongside the formation of public opinion. The study is set against the backdrop of understanding the urgent reasons behind Arab and Algerian youth's demand for political change and their motivations for adopting new media as a defensive expressive mechanism in interpreting the current political landscape.
