“MÂAREF” Journal is a biannual international refereed scientific journal, published by Akli Mohand Oulhaj University in Bouira. The Journal issues research papers and studies in different fields: Law, Economic Sciences, Literature and Languages, Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities, and Human and Social Sciences. The journal publishes research papers in four languages: Arabic, Amazigh, English, and French. Journal articles are published in hard copy form; besides, an electronic version is available for free download on the website of the University, and the Journal link on the ASJP platform The goal of the Journal is to enhance scientific research in the above-mentioned fields, and to hone thoughtful and authentic research work for researchers and experts at international level.

جهود العلماء العرب القدماء حول مفهوم السياق

الملخص: يعتبر مفهوم السياق من المفاهيم القديمة – الحديثة، حيث شغل بال العلماء العرب والغرب القدماء منهم والمحدثين، نظرا للمكانة التي يحتلها في فهم الخطابات وتأويلها. والمتطلع على الموروث العربي سيجد مادة دسمة حول مفهوم السياق وذلك في مختلف الميادين: كالنحو والبلاغة والنقد ...وغيرها، غير أنّه سيلاحظ أنّ العلماء العرب قد تطرقوا لهذا المفهوم لكن بمصطلحات أخرى: كالمقام والحال والقرينة. غير أن المفاهيم التي توصلوا اليها تتقاطع في عدة نقاط مع التوجهات الحديثة لتحليل الخطاب خاصة مع ذلك التوجه الذي يربط النص بالسياق، ومن ثم أصبح السياق من العناصر الأساسية أو من أهم المقاربات في التحليل التداولي. ولذلك خصصنا هذه الورقة البحثية للحديث عن جهود العلماء العرب القدماء حول مفهوم السياق Context is an old-new concept which has been studied by ancient and modern Arab and Western scholars because of its importance in Under standing and interpreting discours. It had been dealt with this context in Arabic legacy in several fields, namely, grammar, rhetoric, literary critics... However, scholars used other terms such as: situation (Maqam), state (Hal) and cotext (Qarina). These terms overlap with modern trends of Discourse Analysis especially with the one that links the text to context. Thus context has become one of the most important components-rather one of the most important approaches- in pragmatic analysis. This paper aims at showing Arab scholars’ efforts in developing the notion of context.

الملخص: ملخص: يسعى هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن رؤية الباحث السّعيد بوطاجين إلى آليات اشتغال النّص الأدبي، وطرائق إنتاج المعاني، قصد تقديم نصوص مختلفة، وفي الوقت ذاته يتحدث عن منظوره لكيفية الاهتمام بالمادة الّلغوية في مجال علم الأدب، باعتبار أنّ النّقد شكل من أشكال الوعي، وعلى قدر كبير من التداخل والتراكب، خاصّة وأنّ علاقة النّصّ بالمنهج تظلّ علاقة قابلة للتّطور في منظومة تطور الفكر النّقدي بشكل عام، ممّا يستدعي مناهج قرائية متعدّدة، ومراجعة فاحصة للمفاهيم والمصطلحات، بقصد إنتاج وعي معرفي خاص. Abstract: This research aims to uncover the perspective of the researcher Saïd Boutagine on the mechanisms of literary text functioning and the methods of meaning production, with the goal of presenting diverse texts. At the same time, it discusses his viewpoint on how to approach linguistic material in the field of literary studies, considering that criticism is a form of awareness, characterized by a high degree of overlap and interconnection. This is particularly significant given that the relationship between the text and methodology remains dynamic and capable of evolution within the framework of the development of critical thought in general. This necessitates the adoption of multiple reading methodologies and a thorough review of concepts and terms to produce a distinct cognitive awareness.

دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية شاملة حول الصناعة المالية الإسلامية وإبراز الحاجة لها، وذلك من خلال استعراض أسباب ظهور الصناعة المالية الإسلامية واستكشاف العوامل التي أدت إلى نشوء الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، كما قد قمنا بإبراز مختلف أدوات الصناعة المالية الإسلامية ، كما تم تسليط الضوء على المبادئ الأساسية التي تحكم هذه الصناعة مثل تجنب الربا والمخاطر المفرطة، وتحقيق العدالة، وتم التطرق إلى جوهر موضوعنا والمتمثل في إبراز دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، وذلك من خلال منهج وصفي تحليلي، حيث توصلنا في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها زيادة الإمتثال الشرعي، حيث تتيح التكنولوجيا المالية تطبيق حلول دقيقة وفعالة في التحقق من الامتثال للمعايير الشرعية في المعاملات المالية، ما يعزز ثقة العملاء في المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، كما تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها تطوير أدوات استثمار متوافقة مع الشريعة، حيث ينبغي تطوير منصات تكنولوجية تتيح الوصول إلى أدوات استثمار مبتكرة مثل الصكوك الرقمية والأسهم الإسلامية. The purpose of this study is to give an in-depth summary of the Islamic finance industry, including the necessity of its need. The study explains why the Islamic finance industry came into being and specifies the factors contributing to its inception. In addition, some of the tools utilized within the Islamic finance industry are highlighted.The research also emphasizes the primary principles guiding this sector, including averted interest (riba), excessive risk, and upholding justice in transactions. The primary emphasis of our subject matter is the contribution of financial technology to the advancement of the Islamic financial sector, which is explored using a descriptive and analytical approach. Finally, some of the key findings were made, the most outstanding being higher Sharia compliance. Financial technology enables the use of precise and effective solutions to verify compliance with Sharia standards in financial transactions, thus establishing customer confidence in Islamic financial institutions. Moreover, a set of recommendations was put forward, the most important of which is the development of Sharia-compliant investment instruments. There is a need to develop technological platforms that provide access to innovative investment instruments such as digital sukuk and Islamic stocks.
