The Reality Of Job Satisfaction Among Physical Education And Sports Teachers In Primary Schools

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the level of job satisfaction among physical education and sports teachers in the state of Batna, and to identify the most important factors influencing it. A questionnaire was developed and a descriptive methodology was used with a random sample of 60 teachers. The results indicated that the teachers enjoyed a high level of job satisfaction, and that the supervision and evaluation system was considered the most important factor in explaining job satisfaction.
