All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by qualified and specialized reviewers to ensure scientific quality and academic integrity.

The review process is based on the following principles:

  • Objective and fair evaluation of research content
  • Independence of reviewers from authors (external reviewers)
  • Assessment based on originality, scientific methodology, and academic contribution
  • Contribution of reviewers in improving the quality of manuscripts through constructive feedback

Open Access Policy

Contemporary societies’ challenges are of increasing concern not only within the academic field but also beyond it, as scholarly debate is no longer limited to research communities alone. It now also includes a broad audience of non-academic readers interested in fundamental issues in law, economics, and management.

In line with the Journal of Illiza Research and Studies’ commitment to serving as an open scientific platform for knowledge exchange, the journal adopts an Open Access policy across all its publications. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

All journal content is made freely and fully available on the official website immediately upon the publication of each issue, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of the articles. This is permitted provided that non-commercial use is respected and proper academic attribution is given to the authors.

This policy is in line with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes free access to scholarly knowledge to enhance its global dissemination and exchange.
