هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق الأمن السيبراني في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، من خلال تقديم المفاهيم الأساسية حول الذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن السيبراني ثم الانتقال لإبراز العلاقة بينهما، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان .لتحليل بياناتهSPSSوتوزيعه، ثم استخدام برنامج وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للذكاء الاصطناعي في تحقيق الأمن السيبراني عند α≤0,05مستوى المعنوية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، التي نجحت في توفير متطلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتحقيق مرتكزات الأمن السيبراني. The study aimed to identify the role of Artificial Intelligence in achieving cybersecurity at Algeria Telecom, By introducing the basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence and cybersecurity, then highlighting the relationship between them, to achieve the study’s objectives, a questionnaire was designed, distributed, and the data were analyzed using SPSS software. The Study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of Artificial Intelligence on achieving cybersecurity at the significance level α≤0,05 at Algeria Telecom, which succeeded in providing requirements of Artificial Intelligence, and achieving the pillars of cybersecurity.
