الملخص
Scientific research in Algeria is undergoing a gradual digital transformation, with research institutions adopting strategies aimed at keeping pace with global technological advancements. These efforts include enhancing digital infrastructure, developing technical competencies among researchers, and increasing investment in modern research tools such as artificial intelligence and data analysis. However, these institutions face significant challenges, most notably funding shortages, weak infrastructure in some organizations, and the need to develop qualified human resources. The results indicate that Algeria is working to strengthen collaboration between research institutions and the private sector, in addition to establishing national policies that support digital transformation. These efforts aim to improve the quality and effectiveness of scientific research, thereby contributing to the country's economic and social development.
