الملخص

نحاول وقفت هذه الدراسة على واقع التحول الرقمي في القطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي من وجهة نظر أساتذة الجامعات حيث تم جمع المعلومات عن طريق الإستبانة التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية قصد الكشف عن مستوى إدارك الرقمنة لإساتذة جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة و بعد تحليل البيانات بواسطة ببرنامج SPSS تم التوصل إلى وجود مستويات مرتفعة للرقمنة في الجانب التقني و مستوى متوسط في الجانب البشري، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التحفيز بشقيه المادي و المعنوي للأساتذة من أجل الوصول إلى منظومة إلكترونية أكثر فاعلية This study examined the reality of digital transformation in the higher education and scientific research sector from the perspective of university professors. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a random sample to uncover the level of digital literacy among professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'sila. After analyzing the data using the SPSS program, it was found that there are high levels of digitalization in the technical aspect and a moderate level in the human aspect. The study recommended the need for both material and moral motivation for professors in order to achieve a more effective electronic system.
