This study explores talent management within Algerian institutions, focusing on international entities' challenges and experiences in nurturing gifted individuals. It examines the nature of talent management, particularly in organizations participating in the 16th Talent and Employment Fair in 2017. Despite operational challenges, multinational corporations showcased advanced techniques and programs. The findings emphasize the need for Algerian institutions to enhance planning, motivation, and performance evaluation to achieve effective human resource management. This research underscores practical implications, highlighting its relevance and impact on professional practices in the field of talent management.
