The Creativity Journal (CJ) (ISSN: 2352-9563) is a peer-reviewed, published by University of Blida 2 academic journal dedicated to advancing the understanding and application of economics through rigorous research and innovative thinking. Since its inception, IJEPT has provided a global platform for economists, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to share insights, challenge assumptions, and explore emerging trends in economic theory and practice.

Quality Assurance and Ethics
To ensure impartiality and scholarly integrity, the creativity journal applies a Double-Blind Peer Review process, supported by an Editorial Board and a team of expert reviewers from diverse national and international institutions. Our editorial policy strictly adheres to the principles set forth by the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), explicitly prohibiting plagiarism and requiring the full disclosure of any conflicts of interest.
Publication and Indexing Conditions
The Creativity journal operates on an Open Access model under the (CC BY 4.0) license, making all content freely available worldwide. While we accept research in Arabic, English, and French, we mandate that all article metadata (titles, abstracts, and keywords) be provided and accurately maintained in English to ensure international readability and facilitate indexing. Furthermore, we guarantee long-term digital preservation of our content through [Name of Archiving System (PKP PN – CLOCKSS). Our overarching goal is to achieve indexing in prestigious databases, to maximize the recognition and global impact of our published research.
