International Journal of El-Maqrizi for Economic and Financial Studies is a a peer reviewed journal published by the Institute of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences in the University Center of Aflou ; it is issued since 2016. It also represents a scientific, theoretical and intellectual stone in various topics of economics and administrative sciences, contributing to the dissemination of original and specialized scientific research for all academics and university professors who are specialized in economics. The journal seeks to work on developing and crystallizing knowledge and studies in economic sciences on the basis of recognized scientific and methodological principles, by publishing a scientific work that is characterized by originality and seriousness, while adhering to the ethics of scientific research. It also seeks to find a place for itself among periodicals and specialized journals thanks to the efforts of professors and researchers with their research, ideas and constructive and useful suggestions, from inside and outside.

يجب تأكيد ملكية المقال من طرف جميع المؤلفين المشاركين في اعداد المقال وهذا بعد قبوله للتقييم، والعملية تتم عبر رسالة آلية من المنصة تصل للبريد الالكتروني لجميع المؤلفين، آجال تأكيد ملكية المقال 15 يوم بعد قبوله للتقييم، في حالة تجاوز هذه الآجال يتم رفض المقال

la confirmation de soummission de l’article doit étre validée dans un délai de 15 jours après son acceptation pour évaluation, et ce via un mail automatique envoyé par la plateforme asjp aux auteurs, si ce délai est dépassé, l’article sera refusé

4- فيما يخص تعديل المقال ورفع التحفظات:

آجال إرسال المقال المعدل ورفع التحفظات محدد بشهر واحد من تاريخ إشعار المؤلف المعني (المرسل)، في حالة تجاوز هذه الآجال يتم رفض المقال

la levée des réserves est limitée à 30 jours (1 mois) à compter de la date de notification adressée à l'auteur (l'expéditeur), si ce délai est dépassé, l’article sera refusé

المجلة تنشر عددين في كل سنة ( كل سداسي ) على النحو التالي :

- السداسي الاول : العدد يصدر في 01 جوان من كل سنة

- السداسي الثاني : العدد يصدر في 01 ديسمبر من كل سنة

استثمار الغاز الطبيعي كاستراتيجية في تنويع التجارة الخارجية في العراق Natural gas investment as a strategy to diversify foreign trade in Iraq

الملخص: المستخلص:يعد الغاز الطبيعي من المصادر الاساسية للطاقة الكهربائية والاحتياجات المنزلية والميكانيكية , وفي الحاضر اصبح الغاز وقود الى مختلف وسائل النقل . وهناك مميزات للغاز فانه الاقل اصدارا للانبعاثات الكاربونية والانظف من ناحية الاستعمال والبيئة . ان التركيز على استراتيجية استثمار الغاز والذي يتصف بالعديد من الفوائد ومنها البديل الاساسي للنفط الخام من ناحية الاستخدامات اليومية , حيث ان العراق يحتل المرتبة الثانية عشرة من ناحية الاحتياطي الغازي في العالم. ان الهدف من الدراسة هو التعرف على استثمار الغاز الطبيعي , ومدى أسهام استثمار الغاز في تنويع مصادر الايرادات , وكذلك مدى اسهام هذا القطاع في انعاش التجارة الخارجية , وماهي الاثار الايجابية المستقبلية لهذا الاستثمار على الاقتصاد العراقي . وعليه فإن من النتائج في هذه الدراسة تنبع من استثمار الثروة النفطية وبالخصوص في مجال الغاز الطبيعي كاستراتيجية لتنويع الصادرات والتقليل من الاستيرادات يؤدي الى تنويع التجارة الخارجية . Abstract: Natural gas is one of the main sources of electrical energy and domestic and mechanical needs. Nowadays, gas has become a fuel for various means of transportation. There are advantages to gas, as it emits the least carbon emissions and is cleaner in terms of use and the environment. The focus is on the gas investment strategy, which has many benefits, including the main alternative to crude oil in terms of daily uses, as Iraq ranks twelfth in terms of gas reserves in the world. The aim of the study is to identify natural gas investment, the extent to which gas investment contributes to diversifying sources of revenue, as well as the extent to which this sector contributes to revitalizing foreign trade, and what are the future positive effects of this investment on the Iraqi economy. Accordingly, the results of this study stem from investing oil wealth, especially in the field of natural gas, as a strategy to diversify exports and reduce imports, which leads to diversifying foreign trade.

Six Sigma Methodology and Its Role in Enhancing Human Resource Efficiency Amid Digital Transformation - Applied Models

Résumé: The study examined the role of Six Sigma methodology in improving human resource competence during digital transformation. It highlighted the integration of Six Sigma with digital strategies to enhance employee efficiency and productivity. The methodology aids in adapting to new technologies and optimizing processes. Résumé: L'étude a examiné le rôle de la méthodologie Six Sigma dans l'amélioration des compétences des ressources humaines au cours de la transformation numérique. Elle a mis en évidence l'intégration de Six Sigma dans les stratégies numériques afin d'améliorer l'efficacité et la productivité des employés. La méthodologie permet de s'adapter aux nouvelles technologies et d'optimiser les processus. Les applications pratiques ont montré des avantages tels que la réduction des temps de réponse et l'amélioration de la productivité.

محددات الدعم الحكومي في الجزائر -دراسة تحليلية قياسية بإستخذام منهج الإنحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة (ARDL) خلال الفترة (2022-1993)

الملخص: حاولت هذه الدراسة تحديد العوامل التي لها تأثير على سياسة الدعم الحكومي في الجزائر باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية السنوية للفترة (1993-2022). واستخدمت الدراسة نموذج ARDL لتقييم ما إذا كانت هناك علاقات طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين المتغيرات والتحقق من صحة الفرضيات المقترحة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه على المدى القصير هناك تأثير سلبي للناتج المحلي الإجمالي وأسعار النفط وأسعار الصرف على سياسة الدعم الحكومي، وتأثير إيجابي لمؤشر أسعار المستهلك على سياسة الدعم الحكومي. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط إحصائي قوي بين هذه المتغيرات. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the factors influencing government support policies in Algeria using annual time series data for the period 1993–2022. The study employed the ARDL model to evaluate the presence of both long-term and short-term relationships among variables and to test the validity of the proposed hypotheses. The findings revealed that, in the short term, GDP, oil prices, and exchange rates have a negative impact on government support policies, while the Consumer Price Index (CPI) exerts a positive influence. Additionally, the results indicated a strong statistical correlation between these variables

Islamic Sukuk as an Alternative to Bonds: A Strategy to Enhance the Performance of the Algiers Stock Exchange and Strengthen Its Role in the National Economy

Résumé: The current study aims to learn about the importance of the Islamic SUKUK trading, as an effective alternative to bonds, to enhance the performance of the Algeria Stock Exchange, and to upgrade its role in advancing the national economy. The study concludes that Islamic Sukuk were introduced to meet financing needs within a framework governed by Sharia-compliant regulations. However, despite more than two decades since the Algiers Stock Exchange began operations, it has not been able to fulfill its role in the national economy.

الملخص: ملخص: ان تحديث نظام الدفع يعتبر من المشاريع التي تمكن من قياس درجة التطور في البحث العلمي، وهذا ما جعل الاستاذ الجامعي يتعامل معه، حيث أن الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو الكشف عن واقع الدفع الالكتروني في التحصيل العلمي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي، وتحقيق لهاذه الغاية قمنا بمعالجة مجموعة من الاحصاءات التي تعكس حالة الدفع للأستاذ، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تمكين الدفع الالكتروني مازال في مراحله الأولى نظرا لاستخداماته المحدودة، لذا يتطلب بنية تحتية ووعي اجتماعي للأستاذ في مجال التحصيل العلمي ويجب على الدولة تبني استراتيجية تحفيزية لاستخدامه. Abstract: The modernization of the payment system is seen as one of the initiatives that allow assessing the level of advancement in scientific research, That what made the university teachers deal with i. The main objective of this study is to reveal the reality of electronic payment in the academic achievement of the university professor, and to achieve this goal we processed a set of statistics that reflect the status of payment for teachers .Findings showed that enabling electronic payment is still in its early stages due to its limited uses, so it requires infrastructure and social awareness for teachers in the field of academic achievement, and the state must adopt a motivational strategy for its use.
