El Acil journal for economic and administrative research is an international peer-reviewed, free scientific journal , open-access, Biannual, Published by the Faculty of Economics, commercial, and Management Sciences of the Abbès Laghrour Khenchela University. it interested in the publication of original scientific research and university studies in the fields of economics, commerce, management as well as all sciences related to this field in three languages: Arabic, French, and English. The journal aimed to attract researchers around the world by providing a scientific platform for discussion and contribution innovative researches, and make bridges between researchers, to exchange experiences and results, to contribute the development and ensure a useful exchange of knowledge, and to find solutions for contemporary economic problems . The journal includes an international editorial board that works due to international standards. which are ensured a documented scientific treatment method for researches, and works to improve and upgrade the journal to reach global levels and advance scientific research. The journal is issued in both print and online versions. All papers and researchers around the world are very welcome.

From Vision to Action: The Mediating Effect of Control Systems on Strategy Implementation: A Case Study on Local Development Bank- Mostaganem agency.

Résumé: This study aims to explore the mediating effect of control systems on strategy implementation. Utilizing a descriptive and analytical methodology, the research analyzed data collected from 25 employees of a Local Development Bank in Mostaganem agency using a questionnaire as a study tool. The analysis, conducted through multiple linear regression, T-test, and ANOVA test using SPSS 27, reveals that control systems significantly influence the effectiveness of strategy implementation. The study shows that robust control systems all positively impact strategy implementation factors. These findings underscore the critical role of control systems in aligning strategic objectives with organizational operations, enhancing overall performance.
