`About the Journal`

Journal of Law and Interscience (L.I.J) is a double blind international peer-reviewed, Trimestrial, free scientific journal, Open-access journal, published by Djelfa University, Algeria. The journal publishes original scientific research paper and Electronic, languages: English and French, in human and social sciences plus economic studies. (L.I.J) is open for academic world and research institutes, academic and non-academic researchers and research team. Our goal is to provide original, relevant, and timely informations from diverse sources ; to write and published with absolute integrity ; and to serve as effectively as possible the needs of those involved in all human and social sciences provide immediate open access to its content on the principle that making the research freely avaible to the public supporting a greater global exchange of knowledge. The article must contain the title and abstract in the language of the article and in English is mandatory.

Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, without obstacle and without restriction, which is the principle of making research freely accessible to the public, promotes a greater global exchange of knowledge.

نعلم الباحثين الجزائريين بأن المجلة تشجع المقالات مع باحثين ينتمون إلى مؤسسات وجامعات أجنبية

نوصي الباحثين الراغبين في النشر في مجلتنا ما يلي :

- الإنتقاء الجيد للعنوان ، الكتابة الجيدة للملخص وحسن إختيار الكلمات المفتاحية المتخصصة والفريدة ذات الأهمية العلمية والتي يمكن أن نجدها أثناء البحث في قاعدة سكوبيس.

- التعاون مع مؤلفين أجانب دوليين غير الجزائريين.

- إشراك مؤلفين متعددي التخصصات في إعداد مقالك.

- على المؤلفين إدراج مقالات مجلتنا في حساباتهم العلمية : Google scholar ، ResearcheGate، Researche ID ، Scoop ، Linkedin ، الأرشيفات الرقمية والمستودعات والشبكات العلمية .

اعتبارًا من أوت 2025، وتماشيًا مع نطاقنا العالمي، ستُعطي المجلة الأولوية للمساهمات التي تتناول مواضيع ذات صلة دولية أو إقليمية، كما توصي المجلة المؤلفين على الإستشهاد بمراجع محكمة وحديثة من مصادر موثوقة والإستعانة بمقالات منشورة في مجلات مدرجة ضمن قاعدة بيانات واب أوف سابنس، سكوبيس، أو قواعد البيانات الموثوقة الأخرى

The Journal of Law and Intersciencehas has been granted national accreditation from the Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRST)

The treatment period is one month or more during which the following is done:

- The topics must be of scientific quality and contribute effectively to scientific research, noting that the article in the foreign language has priority in publication since the journal is in international databases.

- The researcher must ensure that the research is good, has a valuable idea, and is acceptable for publication.

-Commitment to the journal’s specialties.

- Check the quotation percentage does not exceed 20%.

- Certified Arabic, English and French linguistic proofreading.

- For the French-English language major.

- We do not accept research translated using programs or applications. The translation must be academic by a specialist.

- The complete journal template and the researcher’s ORCID template includes all the researcher’s information

- Failure to meet any of these conditions will automatically reject the article
