أمام تأثيرات المناخية عبر العالم، حظيت ظاهرة اللجوء البيئي باهتمام بالغ الأهمية على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، بحيث أصبحت مسألة اللاجئ البيئي مشكلة دولية عامة لغياب مفهوم دقيق وموحد في المواثيق الدولية والإقليمية، مما أدى إلى التنبؤ لأخطارها بحيث دفعت المجتمع الدولي في التفكير للوصول إلى حلول متوازنة وإيجاد الإطار القانوني الدولي لتحديد صفة اللاجئ البيئي والاعتراف بهذه الفئة والسعي لحمايتهم، في ظل تزايد اللاجئ البيئي عبر العالم باعتباره مسألة حساسة في حقل العلاقات الدولية وتحديا مشتركا يواجه العالم. Abstract: This research aims at shedding light on the impact of the climatic conditions in the world. This has led to a great deal with such a phenomenon at both levels national and international sides. Hence, the phenomenon of this ecological matter became worldwide as it lacks a detailed and accurate concept legally decided in the legislation. This has led to the fact of predicting some of the dangerous of this situation. The world has then, started to think of finding out some crucial solutions and the adequate international law to declare the case of the ecological refugee and how can be recognised so as to be protected throughout the world since this phenomenon is considered among the international relationships as one common challenge the world facing.
