ملخص: عالم اليوم يشهد تطورا كبيرا فيما يسمى بالذكاء الاصطناعي ومجالاته، واستحواذ غالبية البشر عليه إذ أن لهذا الأخير خصائص مميزة يتمتع بها، وبالرغم مما يجلبه من رفاهية وتطور يسهل حياة الإنسان، لكن هذا التطور قد يشكل خطر كبير على العالم واحتمال فقدان السيطرة عليه، ويمكن ارتكاب جرائم متنوعة في هذا المجال وعلى أصعدة مختلفة، وبالتالي تنشأ بما يسمى بالمسؤولية الجنائية عن جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتعتبر جرائم الذكاء الاصطناعي هي جرائم المستقبل التي تسارعت وتيرتها في الظهور في الفترة الحالية. Abstract: Today's world is witnessing a great development in what is called artificial intelligence and its fields, and the majority of people have acquired it, as the latter has distinctive characteristics that it enjoys, and despite what it brings in terms of luxury and development that facilitates human life, but this development may pose a great danger to the world and the possibility of losing control over it. Various crimes in this field and at different levels, and thus arise in what is called criminal responsibility for crimes of artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence crimes are future crimes that have accelerated their emergence in the current period.
