كغيرها من المواضيع الحساسة التي لقيت اهتمام واسع عبر موائد القرار السياسي ،حيث شهد العالم عن ولادة العديد من المعاهدات و الاتفاقيات الدولية التي كان لها الفضل في محاولة حماية البيئة الطبيعية من خطر النزاعات المسلحة التي تسببت في إحداث أضرار و انتهاكات بيئية خطيرة. وجوهر هذا المقال، يدور حول مساهمة القانون الدولي الإنساني في وضع تنظيم قانوني دولي بهدف مواجهة الأضرار الناتجة عن مخاطر النزاعات المسلحة باعتباره القانون الواجب التطبيق خلال تلك الحقبة الزمنية، حيث وضعت العديد من القواعد البيئية هدفها الأساسي توفير الأمن البيئي Like other sensitive topics that have received wide attention through political decision tables, the world has witnessed the birth of numerous international treaties and conventions that have been credited with trying to protect the natural environment from the threat of armed conflicts that have caused serious environmental damage and violations. The essence of this article is about the contribution of international humanitarian law to the development of international legal regulation aimed at addressing environmental damage resulting from the dangers of armed conflict as the applicable law during that time period. Many environmental norms have established their primary objective of providing environmental security.
