Résumé

This study aimed to shed light on the impact of the Israeli war on Gaza ( October the 7th war) on the economic and social rights of Palestinians in the West Bank, such as the right of Palestinians to work, their right to property and adequate housing, and their right to obtain adequate food and water, and to focus on Israeli violations that deprived Palestinians of their social and economic rights despite international treaties that guarantee Palestinians their economic and social rights in periods of war, The study found that Israeli practices in the West Bank have led to the violation of all economic and social rights and the pursuit of policies aimed at displacing Palestinians from their land in preparation for the annexation of the West Bank to Israel. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أثر الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة (حرب السابع من أكتوبر) على الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية، مثل حق الفلسطينيين في العمل، وحقهم في التملك والسكن اللائق، وحقهم في الحصول على الغذاء والماء الكافي, والتركيز على الانتهاكات الإسرائيلية التي حرمت الفلسطينيين من حقوقهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية رغم المعاهدات الدولية التي تكفل للفلسطينيين حقوقهم الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في فترات الحروب، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الممارسات الإسرائيلية في الضفة الغربية أدت إلى انتهاك كافة الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وانتهاج سياسات تهدف إلى تهجير الفلسطينيين من أرضهم تمهيداً لضم الضفة الغربية إلى إسرائيل.
