ملخص: تعتبر قضية حماية البيئة من التلوث من القضايا الحاسمة دوليا ووطنيا، وفي ظل المخاطر المحيطة بالبيئة وما يرفقها من تهديدات للإنسان والطبيعة بسبب الاستهلاك العالمي المتزايد من موارد الطاقة التقليدية والتأثير البيئي لاستخدامها على البيئة، تنبأ الفكر الاقتصادي والقانوني إلى اعتماد بدائل آمنة لاسيما التحول باتجاه الطاقات المتجددة التي تعتبر رفيقة بالبيئة وتحافظ على أصولها. Abstract: The issue of protecting the environment from pollution is considered one of the crucial issues internationally and nationally, and in light of the risks surrounding the environment and the accompanying threats to humans and nature due to the increasing global consumption of traditional energy resources and the environmental impact of their use on the environment, economic and legal thought predicted the adoption of safe alternatives, especially the shift towards renewable energies Which is friendly to the environment and preserves its assets.
