Abstract

This study examines digital diplomacy as a strategic soft power tool in the Russia-Ukraine crisis, where virtual spaces serve as arenas for geopolitical struggle. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, the research identifies digital diplomacy as an independent variable capable of redefining power dynamics in asymmetric conflicts. The findings highlight the Ukrainian leadership's success in converting "viral communication" into tangible logistical support, while traditional narratives struggled in transparent digital environments. Ultimately, the study concludes that digital diplomacy has become a central, decisive pillar in contemporary international relations and global opinion-shaping..
