Description

.التواصل في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية مجلة فصلية أكاديمية دولية محكّمة مفهرسة. تصدر عن جامعة باجي مختار – عنابة (الجمهورية الجزائرية). تعنى بالدراسات الجادة والبحوث العلمية المبتكرة الأصيلة. تلك التي تستجيب لشروط البحث العلمي وخطواته، وتتسم بالشمول والدقة والمنهجية الواضحة والأسلوب العلمي. تصدر المجلة متسلسلة في ثلاثة (03) ميادين معرفية كبرى هي: اللغات والآداب - الاقتصاد والإدارة والقانون - العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية. وهذا لإحداث نوع من الجمع بين التخصّصات المتقاربة، لتفادي التفتت المعرفي والانغلاق على تخصّص واحد من جهة، وللتخلص من النموذج الذي يجمع بين تخصّصات متباعدة من جهة أخرى. تنشر المجلّة منذ تأسيها سنة 1995 بحوثها باللغات الثلاث: العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية، وقد أضيفت إليها مؤخرا اللغة الإيطالية. تسعى هيئة التحرير إلى الرفع من مستوى البحوث التي تنشر بالمجلة والوصول بها إلى مصاف العالمية. وهي بذلك تفسح المجال واسعًا أمام الأساتذة الباحثين للتعريف بنتاجهم العلمي، وتفعيل الحوار العلمي البنّاء، وتبادل الخبرات والتجارب فيما بينهم. تؤطر المجلة هيئة تحرير تتشكل من أساتذة خبراء أكفاء في مختلف التخصصات من جامعات ومراكز بحث وطنية وأجنبية. تتوخى هذه الهيئة الصرامة والدقة العلمية، وتتصدّى للانتحال بغية انتقاء الأعمال الأصيلة بمواضيعها وبمقارباتها؛ فالأصالة والجدّة ونبذ التقليد هي منطلق المجلة وقوامها وغرضها الأسمى. يخضع كلّ بحث يُرسَل إلى المجلة إلى التحكيم من خبيرين اثنين مختصَين في الموضوع المعالج قصد تقويمه وتقييمه. وقد يتم اللجوء إلى خبير ثالث للفصل في نتيجة الخبرة إذا تطلب الأمر ذلك. ترسل ملاحظات الخبراء المحكمين إلى المؤلفين قصد إدخال التعديلات المطلوبة على نص البحث قبل نشره. ولا يُنشر المقال الذي يحظى بالقبول إلا بعد قراءته وتنقيحه من مختصين في التدقيق اللغوي والترجمة. يتوّج كلّ مقال بملخص مكتوب بثلاث(03) لغات، بحيث تكون العربية والإنجليزية إجباريتين، ويكون مذّيلاً بكلمات مفاتيح. تحصّلت المجلة على اعتراف علمي متزايد مستمر وطنيا وعربيا ودوليا من قبل جامعات وهيئات علمية أكاديمية، منها المشرفة على فهرسة البيانات الخاصة بالمجلات العلمية

الملخص: يسعى البحث إلى تقديم معالجة تحليلية سيميائية سردية دقيقة لعتبات النص في رواية شائقة، ومعاصرة صدرت سنة:2019م،وذلك من خلال الوقوف مع سيميولوجيا العنوان ،وهي رواية:« مملكة الأمنيات» للأديبة الجزائرية ندى مهري،فقد سعيت فيه إلى تحليل عتبات النص في هذا النص السردي المتميز ، وتتجلى أهمية التركيز على عتبات النص، من حيث إنها هي الملاذ الذي يُوصلنا إلى عوالم النص الروائي،وهي المدخل لفهم دلالات، وأبعاد،وخلفيات،وعوالم النص الروائي ،وعلى المستوى المعرفي،فعتبات النص،هي بنيات لغوية، و أيقونية تتقدم المتون،وتعقبها لتنتج خطابات واصفة لها تُعرّف بمحتوياتها،وأشكالها،وأجناسها،وتدفع القارئ إلى الاقتناع باقتنائها،ومن أبرز ما تشتمل عليه:اسم المؤلف،والعنوان، و صورة الغلاف ، والمقتبسة،والمقدمة. The research seeks to present an accurate narrative semiotic analytical treatment of the thresholds of the text in an interesting and contemporary novel published in the year: 2019 CE, which is a novel: “The Kingdom of Wishes” by the Algerian writer Nada Mehri. The thresholds of the text, as they are the haven that connects us to the worlds of the fictional text, and it is the gateway to understanding the connotations, dimensions, backgrounds, and worlds of the fictional text, and at the cognitive level, the thresholds of the text are linguistic and iconic structures that advance the texts . La recherche vise à fournir un traitement analytique sémiotique narratif précis des seuils du texte dans un roman intéressant et contemporain publié l'année : 2019 après JC, en se tenant à la sémiologie du titre, qui est le roman : "Le royaume des souhaits » de l'écrivaine algérienne Nada Mahri, dans lequel j'ai cherché à analyser les seuils du texte dans ce Le texte narratif distinct, et l'importance de se concentrer sur les seuils du texte, car c'est le havre qui nous mène aux mondes de le texte narratif, et c'est l'entrée pour comprendre la sémantique, les dimensions, les arrière-plans et les mondes du texte

سياسات المستودعات الرقمية المؤسساتية بالجامعات ودورها في دعم الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات المستودع الرقمي لجامعة محمد خيضر- بسكرة أنموذجا

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن سياسات المستودع الرقمي DSpace لجامعة محمد خيضر - بسكرة ومدى إسهامه في دعم وتعزيز الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات وتحقيق الاستفادة من المحتوى الرقمي لأعضاء المجتمع الأكاديمي للجامعة، حيث أسفرت النتائج على أن المستودع يسهم بشكل كبير في دعم وتعزيز الوصول الحر إلى المعلومات وتطوير الجامعة وتحسين مكانتها وترتيبها وطنيا وعالميا، مع إمكانية الإتاحة وسهولة الوصول والتواصل العلمي بين الباحثين. This study aims to reveal the policies of the digital repository DSpace of Mohamed Khider - University of Biskra and the extent of its contribution to supporting and enhancing open access to information and achieving benefit from digital content for members of the university’s academic community. The results showed that the repository contributes significantly to supporting and enhancing Free access to information, developing the university and improving its position and ranking nationally and globally, with the possibility of availability, ease of access and scientific communication between researchers. Cette étude vise à révéler les politiques du référentiel numérique DSpace de l'Université Mohamed Khider - Biskra et l'étendue de sa contribution au soutien et au renforcement du libre accès à l'information et à la mise à profit du contenu numérique pour les membres de la communauté universitaire de l’Université. Les résultats ont montré que le référentiel contribue de manière significative à soutenir et à améliorer le libre accès à l'information, à développer l'université et à améliorer sa position et son classement aux niveaux national et mondial, avec la possibilité de disponibilité, de facilité d'accès et de communication scientifique entre les chercheurs.

تأليف الكتاب المدرسي في الجزائر قراءة في الوثائق الرسمية

الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى الكشف عن التّدابير الّتي اعتمدها النّظام التّربوي الجزائري في ميدان تأليف الكتاب المدرسي وإعداده، وهذا من خلال الوثائق المرجعيّة والقانونيّة الّتي تنظّم هذه العمليّة، فالكتاب المدرسي أكثر الكتب رواجا في المجتمع وأكثرها تأثيرا على الناشئة وعليه فهو موضع اهتمام عامة النّاس من الأولياء وغير الأولياء، وموضع اهتمام الباحثين في الشّأن التّربوي. ولتحديد التّدابير المُعتمَدة في إعداد هذا الكتاب وتأليفه تم ّفحص جملة من الوثائق التّربوية والمراجع العلمية اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي الّذي يسمح برصد الظّاهرة وتفكيكها إلى مختلف مركّباتها، وتعليلها. This paper aims to reveal the measures adopted by the Algerian educational system in the field of writing and preparing school books, through the reference and legal documents that regulate this process, as school books are the most popular books in society and the most influential on young people, and therefore they are of interest to the general public. To determine the measures adopted in preparing and writing this book, a number of educational documents and references were examined based on the descriptive analytical approach that allows monitoring, dismantling, and explaining the phenomenon. Cet article vise à révéler les mesures adoptées par le système éducatif algérien dans le domaine de l'écriture du manuel, et ce à travers les documents de référence et juridiques qui régulent ce processus, car le manuel est le livre le plus populaire et le plus influent auprès des jeunes. , et donc il intéresse le grand public. Formalità via e-mail nel contesto universitario algerino

الملخص: Riassunto Questo studio mira ad indagare in che modo gli studenti universitari algerini comunicano con loro docenti per negoziare la relazione tramite posta elettronica. Un corpus di 49 mail scritte da un gruppo di studenti Master1 d’italiano (LS) iscritti all’Università Badji Mokhtar Annaba, è stato raccolto e analizzato allo scopo di esaminare il grado di formalità, riguardo al fenomeno politeness. I risultati suggeriscono che le e-mail degli studenti sono realizzati attraverso diversi varianti e livelli, e la necessità per gli studenti di essere consapevoli delle etichette che devono essere seguite. Abstract This study aims to investigate how Algerian university students communicate with their teachers to negotiate the relationship via email. A corpus of 49 emails written by a group of Master1 students of Italian as a foreign language at Badji Mokhtar Annaba University was collected and analyzed with the aim of examining the degree of formality regarding the politeness phenomenon. The results obtained show that emails are created across different variations and levels, with the need for students to be aware of the labels that need to be followed. ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة كيفية تواصل الطلاب الجامعيين الجزائريين مع أساتذتهم للتفاوض حول العلاقة عبر البريد الإلكتروني. تم جمع وتحليل مجموعة مكونة من 49 رسالة كتبها مجموعة من طلاب الماستر سنة أولى الإيطالية لغة أجنبية المسجلين في جامعة باجي مختار عنابة. وذلك للتعرف على درجة الرسمية فيما يتعلق بظاهرة التـأدب. وتشير النتائج إلى أن رسائل البريد الإلكتروني للطلاب تمت عبر أنماط ومستويات مختلفة، مع ضرورة الوعي بالآداب التي يجب اتباعها.

الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الي معرفة أراء أخصائي المعلومات حول توظيف تقنيات الاصطناعي بالمكتبات الجامعية لجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان وعلي عينة الصدفة بلغ عددها 20 أخصائي المعلومات العاملين بها خلصت الدراسة الي أن اخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات محل الدراسة ليس لديهم الوعي الكافي بمفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي ولم تكن لهم تجربة مسبقة لاستخدام تقنياته.توصلنا الي نتائج أهمها ضرورة تحفيز أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية لزيادة الوعي لديهم والعمل علي تدريبهم بشكل عملي The study aims to find out the opinions of the information specialist about the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the university libraries of Mohammed Khader University in Sakra, we adopted the descriptive method and questionnaire tool and based on a chance sample of 20 information specialists working there, the study concluded that the information specialist does not have sufficient awareness of the concept of artificial intelligence .They had no prior experience of using his library techniques.Results the need to motivate the information specialist to increase awareness and work on their training in a practical way.
