Description
The journal " of Human and Society Sciences " is a quarterly international scientific journal from Algeria, which publishes under the supervision of a scientific body of national and international researchers, accumulating experience and skills. Scientific articles are only published after being validated by one of the members of the reading committee, who is periodically responsible for evaluating research and studies. The journal published is under the aegis of the University Mohamed Khider / Biskra / Algeria. It is also admitted in world databases. It specializes in academic scientific studies and research in the humanities and social sciences, and is endowed with an experienced reading committee in the matter. The journal publishes all original works, which are not already published or in the process of publication, nor extracts from a work or citation. The main purpose of the review is the publication of original scientific research developed by researchers, teachers and doctoral students with the intention of expanding the dissemination of knowledge and making new research available to all, as well as connecting researchers of all stripes. The journal accepts all scientific work written in Arabic, English and French provided that it is not already published and that it meets the required standards, quality and originality. The author is under an obligation to maintain scientific integrity in the transfer of information and citations as expressed by their authors in accordance with conventional rules.

إعــــلان رســمــي عــن فــتــح بــاب اســتــقــبــال الـمـقـالات العـلـمـيـة- Call for Papers
تُعلِم هيئة تحرير مجلة علوم الإنسان والمجتمع، وهي مجلة علمية محكّمة تصدر عن جامعة بسكرة – الجزائر،
ومصنّفة ضمن المجلات الأكاديمية المعتمدة، كافة الباحثين والباحثات محليا، عربيا ودوليا،
والتي تعتمد سياسة الوصول الحر (Open Access)، حيث تتيح جميع المقالات المنشورة مجانًا للقرّاء دون قيود مالية، ولا تفرض رسوم نشر على المؤلفين،
عن فتح باب استقبال المقالات العلمية الأصيلة قصد دراستها وتحكيمها ونشرها في الأعداد القادمة من المجلة،
وذلك وفق المعايير الأكاديمية والمنهجية المعتمدة دوليًا في النشر العلمي.
أولًا: مجالات النشر
تستقبل المجلة البحوث العلمية الأصيلة في مختلف تخصصات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، ولا سيما في المجالات الآتية:
- الاعلام والاتصال
- علم الآثار
- علم المكتبات والمعلومات
- علم الاجتماع
- الأنثروبولوجيا (علم الإنسان)
- علم النفس وعلوم التربية
- التاريخ
- الفلسفة
- الدراسات البينية ذات الصلة بالعلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية
ويُشترط في جميع الأعمال المقدّمة أن تتسم بالأصالة، والجدّة العلمية، والعمق التحليلي، والالتزام الصارم بالمنهجية الأكاديمية المعتمدة.
ثانيًا: شروط النشر والتحكيم
يشترط في المقالات المقدّمة ما يلي:

أن يكون البحث أصيلًا وغير منشور سابقًا، وألا يكون قيد التحكيم أو النشر لدى جهة أخرى.
-
أن يتضمن إشكالية بحثية واضحة، وأهدافًا محددة، ومنهجية علمية دقيقة.
-
الالتزام التام بقواعد التوثيق العلمي المعتمدة وقالب النشر الخاص بالمجلة وتضمين رابط حساب اوركيد ORCID بعد الايميل.
-
إخضاع جميع المقالات لتحكيم علمي مزدوج وسري (Double Blind Review)، حيث لا يقل عدد المحكمين عن اثنين.
-
تحتفظ هيئة التحرير بحق طلب التعديلات العلمية أو الشكلية اللازمة، كما تحتفظ بحق رفض المقالات التي لا تستوفي المعايير العلمية المعتمدة، دون التزام بتقديم مبررات تفصيلية.

تضمين معرف الباحث الدولي ORCID ضمن بيانات المؤلف، باعتباره شرطًا أساسياً لضمان توثيق الإنتاج العلمي وإسناده الصحيح وحفظ حقوقه الاكاديمية للمقال؛ للاطلاع على كيفية إنشاء حساب ORCID:

ثالثًا: آجال الاستقبال والمعالجة
حرصًا على ضمان جودة التحكيم والتنظيم التحريري، تُحدَّد المواعيد على النحو الآتي:
-
فترة استقبال المقالات: من 01 جانفي إلى 10 جانفي 2026.
-
تخضع المقالات المقبولة مبدئيًا لمسار تحكيم علمي يمتد وفق عدد الخبراء المحكمين وعدد المقالات وطبيعتها العلمية.
-
لا تلتزم المجلة بأي آجال نشر مرتبطة بملفات الترقية أو المتطلبات الإدارية للباحثين.
-
إن إرسال المقال لا يُعدّ قبولًا مبدئيًا أو نهائيًا للنشر.
-
بعد استلام المقال تتحمل الهيئة المرسلة مسؤولية دقة وصحة المعلومات الصحيحة والكاملة لـ: اسم/لقب الباحث، الايميل، مؤسسة الانتماء، المخبر، البلد، معلومات الباحث المشارك، ولا تتحمل هيئة التحرير مسؤولية أي خطأ أو حذف أو نسيان.

ضرورة الالتزام بقالب المجلة، وبصيغة المعلومات الواردة فيه.
-
تؤكد هيئة التحرير التزامها الصارم بأخلاقيات البحث العلمي، وتدعو الباحثين إلى:

احترام مبادئ النزاهة العلمية وتجنّب جميع أشكال الانتحال أو التكرار.
-
تقديم بحوث ذات قيمة علمية مضافة، بعيدًا عن الطابع الشكلي أو الاستعجالي.
-
الإسهام الجاد في تطوير المعرفة العلمية وخدمة البحث الأكاديمي.
وتُمنح الأولوية في النشر للأبحاث التي تتميّز بالأصالة، والطابع التطبيقي أو الميداني، والكتابة العلمية الرصينة، مع أفضلية للدراسات المكتوبة باللغة الإنجليزية دون إقصاء للغات الأخرى المعتمدة.

The Editorial Board of the Journal of Human and Social Sciences, a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the University of Biskra – Algeria, and indexed among recognized academic journals, is pleased to announce the opening of the call for original scientific papers for publication in its forthcoming issues.
The journal adopts an Open Access policy, whereby all published articles are freely accessible to readers without any financial charges, and no publication fees are required from authors.
This call is addressed to researchers and scholars at the national, regional, and international levels, in accordance with internationally recognized academic and methodological standards of scholarly publishing.
I. Scope and Areas of Publication
The journal welcomes original research articles in various fields of the humanities and social sciences, particularly in the following disciplines:

Psychology and Educational Sciences

Philosophy

Interdisciplinary studies related to the humanities and social sciences
All submitted manuscripts must demonstrate originality, scientific rigor, analytical depth, and strict adherence to academic methodology.
II. Submission and Review Conditions
Submitted manuscripts must meet the following requirements:

The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

It must clearly present a research problem, defined objectives, and a sound scientific methodology.

Authors must strictly comply with the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.
-
All submissions are subject to a double-blind peer review process, involving at least two independent reviewers.

The Editorial Board reserves the right to request revisions (scientific or formal) or to reject submissions that do not meet the journal’s academic standards, without obligation to provide detailed justification.

Authors are required to include their ORCID iD as part of their author information, in order to ensure accurate attribution and proper academic indexing.

III. Submission and Review Timeline
In order to ensure a rigorous and well-organized editorial process, the following timeline applies:

Submission period: From January 1 to January 10, 2026.
-
Submitted manuscripts undergo a scientific peer-review process, the duration of which depends on the number of submissions and the availability of qualified reviewers.
-
The journal does not commit to publication timelines linked to academic promotion or administrative requirements.
-
Submission of a manuscript does not imply acceptance for publication.
Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information, including names, institutional affiliations, email addresses, country of affiliation, and co-author details. The Editorial Board shall not be held responsible for errors or omissions in this regard.
The Editorial Board reaffirms its full commitment to the principles of research ethics and academic integrity, and calls upon authors to:

Adhere strictly to ethical research practices and avoid all forms of plagiarism or academic misconduct.
-
Submit original research that contributes meaningfully to scientific knowledge.
-
Respect transparency, accuracy, and academic responsibility in all stages of research and publication.
Priority will be given to manuscripts that demonstrate originality, methodological rigor, applied or empirical value, and high-quality academic writing. Preference may be given to manuscripts written in English, without excluding other accepted academic languages.
