This study aims to explore and analyze the pivotal role played by virtual space, specifically "hashtag activism," in stimulating and guiding legislative changes within the Algerian legal system, The paper seeks to monitor how digital campaigns transform from mere fleeting virtual interactions into political and social pressure tools that lead to tangible legislative responses, as seen in the laws against kidnapping and hate speech. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach and a case study methodology to analyze the relationship between digital mobilization and recent legal amendments (2020-2024). Potential results conclude that the hashtag in Algeria has come to function as a "networked framing" mechanism capable of filling legal vacuums, with challenges related to the balance between the speed of legislation in response to public opinion and the requirements of sound legal drafting and the protection of digital freedoms.
