Abstract
: Abstract Algeria is currently experiencing a digital era characterized by technological advancements and the use of artificial intelligence. This transformation has impacted all aspects of life, including the agricultural sector, which has become dependent on digital technologies at all stages of production. Therefore, the state has worked to prepare the ground and infrastructure to receive this technological wave, reduce digital illiteracy among users of these technologies, confront all challenges, and establish a legal framework to protect websites and .applications from hacking and piracy, thus avoiding any material and moral losses :Summary in Arabic تعيش الجزائر اليوم حقبة رقمية تتسم بالتقدم التكنولوجي وإستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وقد أحدث هذا التحول تأثيرًا على جميع جوانب الحياة، بما في ذلك القطاع الفلاحي، الذي أصبح يعتمد على التقنيات رقمية في جميع مراحل الإنتاج، لذلك عملت الدولة على تجهيز الأرضيات والبنى التحتية لإستقبال هذا المد التكنولوجي ، وتقليص الأمية الرقمية لدي مستخدمي هذه التقنيات، ومجابهة كل التحديات، وتهيئة الأرضية القانونية لحماية المواقع والتطبيقات من الإختراقات وأعمال القرصنة تجنبا لأي خسائر مادية والمعنوية.
