The International Journal of Legal and political Research The International Journal of Legal and political Research is a periodical scientific peer reviewed journal Issued by the Laboratory of public policies and the improvement of public service in Algeria affiliated to El-oued University - Algeria. The journal is interested in publishing research written in Arabic, French or English as long as it is a distinguished research with originality and seriousness, that is, research that has not been previously published in any other journal. The journal publishes three issues annually on a regular basis, in addition, it can also publish special issues imposed by scientific requirements. Its aim is to keep abreast of special developments. And since the journal's primary objective is to establish contemporary legal and political thought it works to shed light on the legal texts in all the different countries of the world. in order to explain it, assess its effectiveness and highlight its strengths and weaknesses in order to enrich the contemporary jurisprudence in various branches of law. It also deals with the various subjects of international relations and political science that merits further consideration and elaboration. The studies published in the journal help to clarify the meanings and connotations of new legal texts to instruct judges, lawyers, members of Parliament, politicians and other legal and political personnel on how to manage these laws and political changes according to sound scientific analysis based on theoretical knowledge as well as practical experiences from different countries. Moreover, it aims to advance scientific research in the legal and political field and spread legal culture and illuminates the political thought around the world. This journal, along with its peers, helps to lay the first bricks which pave the way for the formation of an authentic case-law heritage which can be referenced and used by professors and researchers in their studies and research where they are. And it serves as a guide for legislators when amending applicable laws or enacting new laws to meet contemporary circumstances and changes.
