الملخص
إن من أهم أثار التنوع الاقتصادي في العراق التخلص من ( احادية الاقتصاد ) والذي يعتمد على القطاع النفطي , كذلك يؤدي الى تنويع مصادر الدخل . ولهذا فإن تطبيق التنويع الاقتصادي ومن خلال الاستثمارات المتنوعة وخاصة في قطاع النقل ومنها النقل البحري , تؤدي الى الفوائض المتوفرة المالية وتنويع الايرادات وتاثيرها الايجابي على القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة , ومنها القطاع النفطي وكذلك توفر الموارد المادية والبشرية والتكنلوجية من أجل تحقيق هذا التنوع , ومن خلال تشجيع الاستثمارات الخارجية وخاصة الشركات العالمية الرصينة والاعتماد على الخبرات الاقتصادية العراقية في المجال النقل بمختلف انواعه. وعليه فان للاستثمار اهمية اساسية في مجال النقل وخاصة النقل البحري من اجل تصدير واستيراد مختلف السلع والخدمات في الاسطول العراقي من اجل توفير العملات الصعبة وزيادة الايرادات من اجل تنويع تمويل الموازنة العامة . One of the most important effects of economic diversification in Iraq is Eliminating the "monopoly economy," which relies on the oil sector. It Also leads to diversifying sources of income. Therefore, implementing Economic diversification through diverse investments, particularly in the Transportation sector, including maritime transport, leads to available Financial surpluses, diversified revenues, and positively impacts various Economic sectors, including the oil sector. This diversification also Requires the availability of material, human, and technological resources To achieve this diversification. This can be achieved by encouraging Foreign investment, especially from reputable international companies, And relying on Iraqi economic expertise in various types of Transportation. Therefore, investment in the transportation sector, Especially maritime transport, is essential for exporting and importing Various goods and services within the Iraqi fleet. This provides hard Currency and increases revenues to diversify funding for the general Budget.
