Abstract

The study aims to investigate the impact of electronic transformation on the efficiency of university administrations’ performance by examining the nature of the relationship between electronic administration and performance from the perspective of a selected sample of administrators at Algerian universities. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample, comprising 280 individuals. Data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to reach the following conclusions: "There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample's estimates on these fields and fields." This is because the probability value (Sig) corresponding to the T-test for two independent samples is greater than the significance level of 0.05, i.e., (0.05<0.364) for electronic management and performance improvement in Algerian universities. When combined, they belong to the genus. The conclusion that "there are no statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample regarding these fields and the fields combined attributable to academic qualification" can be drawn because the probability value (Sig) associated with the one-way analysis of variance test is higher than the significance level of 0.05, or 0.05<0.763. Because the calculated F value of 13.860 is greater than the tabulated F value of 1.425 at a significance level of 0.05 and the degree of freedom (1, 123), the Pearson correlation coefficient between electronic administration and performance at the university reached R = 0.318, which is significant. The value of the interpretation factor R2 = 0.101 indicates that 10.1% of the changes that occurred were explained by improving performance, with the remaining 89.9% being due to other factors.
