The Journal of Economics and Finance is a peer-reviewed academic and scientific journal published by the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at Hassiba Ben Bouali University of Chlef, Algeria. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, and specialists interested in advancing knowledge and research in the fields of economics, finance, commerce, management, and related disciplines. The journal is committed to publishing original, high-quality, and previously unpublished scientific research that contributes to the development of theoretical and applied knowledge in economic and financial sciences. Particular emphasis is placed on empirical and applied studies addressing contemporary economic and financial issues, as well as research that provides relevant scientific insights and practical implications for institutions, organizations, and decision-makers. All submitted manuscripts are expected to comply with established academic and scientific standards and to demonstrate methodological rigor, originality, relevance, and sound scientific documentation. The journal follows a peer-review process to ensure the academic quality and scientific credibility of the research it publishes. The journal welcomes contributions covering a broad range of topics within economics and finance, including economic analysis, financial management, accounting, banking, investment, monetary and fiscal policies, international economics, business and management, entrepreneurship, and other related areas. To promote international and interdisciplinary academic communication, The Journal of Economics and Finance publishes research articles in Arabic, English, and French, thereby providing researchers from different linguistic and academic backgrounds with an appropriate platform for disseminating their scientific contributions.

تعلم هيئة مجلة الاقتصاد والمالية السادة الباحثين من داخل وخارج الوطن أنها تصدر عددين في السنة

العدد الاول في شهر جانفي و العدد الثاني في شهر جوان

وأن عملية استقبال المقلات تكون مفتوحة على مدار السنة مع التوقف في حالة بلوغ العدد المطلوب من البحوث.

تمر عملية معالجة المقلات بالمراحل التالية:

1- عند الاستقبال: معالجة المقالات من طرف هئية التحرير من حيث الشكل والمحتوى بشكل اولي وفي حالة قبولها ترسل البحوث الى المنصة لاستخراج معدلات الاقتباس مع العلم أن معدل الاقتباس يتم حسابه لكل مقال من طرف المختصين في المنصة ويظهر في ثلاثة مستويات هي:

الحالة 01: نسبة الاقتباس تقل عن 20% - اقتباس منخفض ايقونة خضراء - مقال مقبول للتقييم اذا توافق مع الشروط الشكلية والعلمية للبحث.

الحالة 02: نسبة الاقتباس من20% الى 30% -اقتباس متوسط ايقونة برتقالية- مقبول للتقييم مع التحفظ، يعود القرار لهيئة التحرير.

الحالة 03: نسبة الاقتباس من 30%الى 100% اقتباس مرتفع ايقونة حمراء - مقال مرفوض

2- بعد القبول الاولي: في حالة اجتياز البحوث للمرحلة الاولى على جميع الباحثين المشتركين في المقال تأكيد ملكيتهم للمقال عبر الرسالة الآلية التي تصلهم والتي تحمل عنوان : Submission Confirmation و في حالة عدم تأكيد الملكية من طرف جميع المشتركين في المقال خلال 15 يوما يتم رفض المقال اداريا.

3-الشروط الواجب الالتزام بها: يجب على كل باحث ان يلتزم بالشروط التالية:

يجب استعمال حساب بالاميل المهني؛
تدرج المعلومات الخاصة بالمقال في المنصة بلغة المقال واللغة الانجليزية؛
يجب الالتزام التام بقالب المجلة ؛
يجب التأكد من أن المؤلفين الذين يظهرون في تفاصيل المقالة هم نفس المؤلفين الذين تم ذكرهم في متن المقالة المقدمة؛
في حالة عدم ظهور مؤلف في عمود التفاصيل يرفض المقالة؛
بعد نشر المقال من طرف المجلة ليست هناك امكانية اضافة اي مؤلف للمقال أو اي معلومات اخرى؛
يجب مراعاة الاصالة والحداثة العلمية في المقال؛
لا يحق للباحثين الذين نشروا في المجلة اعادة النشر الا بعد صدور عددين متتاليين على اخر مقال نشر لهم في المجلة.
