مجلة الباحث Mağallaẗ al-bāḥiṯ (el-Bahith Review) is an international, annual, scientific, peer-reviewed, specialized, non-profit, open access journal (License: CC BY-NC 4.0), issued and edited by Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla. The hardcopy version was founded in 2002, and was affiliated with the Faculty of Law and Economics and has been published research in the field of Economics, Management and Commerce, and also in the field of law and political science (volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5); From 2008 to today, the review publishes research related only to the field of Economics, Management and Commercial Sciences, and attached in 2009 to the new Faculty of Economics, Commerce and Management Sciences. In 2015, it also became available in digital version on the website of University Kasdi Merabah Ouargla: (https://revues.univ-ouargla.dz/index.php/acceill/revue-el-bahith) ; By the beginning of 2021, it has a website independent of the university website: (https://elbahithreview.edu.dz) ; The review is interested in the dissemination of original applied research, which has not been previously published and which is treated in a documented scientific method in the field of economic, commercial sciences and management sciences: business administration and accounting, technology and innovation, marketing, human resource management, information and management systems, tourism and hotel management. The journal aims to disseminate sciences in its field of specialization. It targets postgraduate students, professors and all researchers, whether, in research or academic circles, government departments or economic institutions at the national and international levels. The research is published in three languages (Arabic, English and French).
