This study examines the role of electoral media in democratic systems, focusing on the Algerian model after 2020 constitutional reforms. It highlights the importance of media as a tool for shaping public opinion and ensuring political neutrality. The research addresses the problem of whether legal regulation effectively ensures fairness amidst digital challenges. Using an analytical approach, the study finds that while Algeria succeeded in institutionalizing independent oversight and temporal equality, a significant gap remains due to "political money" and the rise of "Deepfakes." It recommends updating legislation to address digital disinformation.
