The Journal of “El Hiwar El Thakafi” (Cultural dialogue journal) is an international journal , Bi-annual and free of charge, open-access journal published by laboratory of Dialogue of Civilizations, Cultural Diversity and Philosophy of Peace - Abdelhamid Ben Badis University – Mostaganem, Algeria. The journal focuses a studies and scientific papers on the following topics : philosophical, social, psychological and communicative studies, as well as all knowledge fields related to the humanities and social sciences, especially the field, which is concerned Algerian society in its social, psychological, historical and cultural aspects. Knowledge is relevant to serious thought aimed at establishing peace and living - with. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. The journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in practical aspects of Economics, society and human behaviors. The journal is published in both print and online versions. An academic work can be sent even in English, French and Arabic. the journal accepts only work which are characterized by quality and commitment to scientific honesty in transmitting information, quoting ideas and attributing them to their owners, and documenting them using recognized scientific method. El Hiwar El Thakafi is published both version: the printed and soft copies; It can be read online or downloaded. This review is an open space for gifted researchers to participate in any of her columns, with new multiple-domain topics articles. It is released each semester, (December and June).

الملخص: عندما يتكرر تفاعل الأفراد من ذوي الدوافع و الأهداف المشتركة لمدة زمنية معينة، يبدأ هنا تكوين بناء الجماعة، و ما يتضمنه من أدوار و مراكز هرمية في الظهور، و اتخاذ شكل معين خاص، فيصبح على درجة كبيرة من الثبات و الاستقرار، فالجماعة غير الرسمية تنشأ عن طريق تواصل و استمرار بناءها الداخلي و هدفها المشترك، و هذا ما يخلق نوعا من الثقة بين الفاعلين الاجتماعيين غير الرسميين، حيث هذه الثقة تلزمهم بتطبيق قواعد عرفية يسيرون عليها، كما تضبط أيضا هؤلاء الفاعلين على احترام المعايير و المبادئ المتعارف عليها. اتجاهات الجمهور نحو الدراما التلفزيونية الجزائرية دراسة على عينة من مشاهدي مسلسل الرهان

الملخص: حاولنا من خلال دراستنا التطرق لموضوع اتجاهات الجمهور نحو الدراما التلفزيونية الجزائرية، حيث قمنا بدراسة ميدانية باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل مسح وتحليل الظاهرة، واعتمدنا على أداة الاستمارة التي وزعناها على عينة قصدية متكونة من 384 مفردة متمثلة في المرأة الماكثة بالبيت التي شاهدت مسلسل "الرهان" . توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها أن الدراما التلفزيونية "الرهان" لاقت إقبالا كبيرا من طرف المشاهدين ذلك أنها قامت بمعالجة أبرز القضايا الاجتماعية التي يعاني منها المجتمع الجزائري بأسلوب درامي مميز أظهر الوجه الحقيقي للواقع الاجتماعي الذي يعيشه أغلب الشعب الجزائري دون تزييف أو مبالغة،باإعتماد على سيناريو مميز وأداء جيد للممثلين وإخراج فني راقي. Abstract: Through our study, we aimed to explore the audience trends towards Algerian TV drama. We conducted a field study using a descriptive analytical approach to survey and analyze the phenomenon. We relied on a questionnaire distributed to a purposive sample consisting of 384 individuals, specifically women who are homemakers and have watched the series "Al-Rihan". We arrived at several results, the most important of which is that the TV drama "Al-Rihan" has received significant popularity among viewers. This is because it addresses the most prominent social issues faced by Algerian society in a distinctive dramatic style, showcasing the true face of the social reality experienced by the majority of the Algerian people without distortion or exaggeration. This was achieved through a unique screenplay, good performances by the actors, and refined artistic direction.

مسؤولية تعاطي المخدرات والحلول العلاجية والوقائية المناسبة

الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة "مسؤولية تعاطي المخدرات والحلول العلاجية والوقائية المناسبة" قضية تعاطي المخدرات من خلال تحليل أسبابها وتأثيراتها السلبية على الأفراد والمجتمعات، مع التركيز على المسؤولية الفردية والاجتماعية في التصدي لهذه الظاهرة. يبدأ البحث بإعطاء لمحة تالايخية عن استعمال المخدرات، ثم المخدرات من المنظور النفسين الاجتماعي والقانوني. ثم تفحص العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية التي تدفع الأفراد إلى تعاطي المخدرات، والأسباب المختلفة التيس تعود إلى الفرد كما تعود اساب اخرى منها على الأسرة وإلى المجتمع. كما تناقش الدراسة مسؤولية تعاطي المخدرات. ثم ذكر الحلول الوقائية التي تشمل التثقيف والتوعية، وبرامج الوقاية، والحملات الإعلامية. وخلُص البحث إلى أن التعامل مع مشكلة تعاطي المخدرات يتطلب جهدًا متكاملًا يجمع بين الوعي الفردي والدعم الاجتماعي، ويوصي بإدخال برامج توعوية مبكرة وتعزيز التعاون بين جميع الأطراف المعنية لتحقيق فعالية أكبر في الحد من هذه الظاهرة. This study, titled "Responsibility in Drug Use and Appropriate Therapeutic and Preventive Solutions," addresses the issue of drug use by analyzing its causes and negative impacts on individuals and communities, with a focus on both individual and social responsibility in combating this phenomenon. The research begins with a historical overview of drug use, then examines drugs from psychological, social, and legal perspectives. It explores the psychological and social factors driving individuals to drug use, highlighting various reasons related to individuals, families, and society. The study also discusses the responsibility associated with drug use. Preventive solutions are covered, including education and awareness, prevention programs, and media campaigns. The research concludes that addressing drug use requires a comprehensive effort combining individual awareness and social support, recommending the implementation of early educational programs and enhancing collaboration among all stakeholders to effectively reduce this issue.
