أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي ودوره في تحسين التعليم وتعزيز التعلّم

الملخص
لقد جلبت التطوّرات السريعة التي أحدثها العلم والتكنولوجيا ما يسمى بالثورة الصناعية الرابعة، حيث يعد الذكاء الاصطناعي أحد أبرز روافدها، وهو من أقوى التكنولوجيات المتاحة للبشرية اليوم، والذي صار منتشرًا في كثير من بلدان العالم. فقد اكتسب الذكاء الاصطناعي زخمًا وأهمية كبيرة داخل المجتمع على مدى السنوات العديدة، حيث تم استخداماته وتوظيفه في مجالات كثيرة ومتعدّدة، صناعية وتقنية، وعسكرية، وصحية، وإذا كانت تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي ذات أهميّة في مجالات الحياة، فهي تعد أكثر أهمية بالنسبة للمؤسّسات التعليمية، وعليه لم تبق هذه الأخيرة بمنأى عن هذه الاستخدامات، فقد تم استغلاله وتوظيفه في المؤسسات التعليمية عبر العالم وبنسب متفاوتة، وأكيد لن يقف الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال التعليم والتعلّم عند هذا الحدّ، بل سيزيد تطوّرًا وتقدّمًا مع مرور الزمن، وبأشكال مختلفة ومتعدّدة. بناءً على ما تقدّم ستبحث هذه الدراسة في مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وبالخصوص عن أهميّته في مجال التعليم وتعزيز التعلّم، وهذا من خلال توظيف تطبيقاته المتعدّدة والمختلفة في هذا المجال. The rapid advancements in science and technology have ushered in what is commonly referred to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, with artificial intelligence (AI) being one of its most significant components. AI represents one of the most powerful technologies currently available to humanity and has become widely adopted in many countries around the world. Over the years, artificial intelligence has gained considerable momentum and importance within society due to its application across diverse fields, including industry, technology, the military, and healthcare. While AI’s applications hold substantial significance in everyday life, they are of even greater importance to educational institutions. Consequently, these institutions have not remained immune to AI integration, as it has been increasingly adopted and utilized in various educational settings worldwide. The role of artificial intelligence in education and learning is expected to continue expanding and evolving in multiple and varied forms. Against this backdrop, the present study aims to explore the concept of artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on its significance in education and its role in enhancing learning through its diverse applications.
