ABOUT THE JOURNAL : El’ Bahith is a scientific linguistic academic and refereed journal, published biannually by the Teacher Training College of Bouzareah Mbarek El ibrahimi El mili (ENSB). The journal is free of charge . It covers research studies that are scientifically sound and relevant to language , didactics , curriculum development ,human sciences and related areas. Submitted articles can be written in Arabic , English or French and must describe authentic or translated research works that have not been published previously; they should also meet the general requirements of the scientific research regarding accuracy, clarity , completeness , credibility ,originality and up-to-dateness and promote scientific creativity and diversity in various fields. El’ Bahith Journal is, therefore; a platform that provides an opportunity for teachers and researchers to publish their works, introduce new insights into research and foster scientific and constructive communication to better serve humanity. The Journal’s Editorial Board consists of qualified reviewers and experts in their subject areas who are responsible for making final decisions and evaluating submitted manuscripts that should fit the Journal’s scope and submission guidelines.

نهاية آجال استقبال المقالات

تُنهي هيئة تحرير مجلة "الباحث" الى علم السادة الباحثين والمهتمين بالنشر أن استقبال المقالات للنشر متوقف حاليا بالنسبة للمقالات من داخل الوطن. ويبقى استقبال المقالات المكتوبة باللغة الانجليزية، أو المقالات الواردة الينا من خارج الوطن متواصلا .

ملاحظة: بعد عملية استقبال المقالات المختلفة أو بعد فترة النشر تصلنا طلبات بتغيير أو اضافة بيانات على المقال (اسم المخبر- اسم المشرف -بريد إلكتروني - اسم مؤسسة الانتماء ...) الرجاء من الباحثين التأكد من بياناتهم وضبطها قبل ارسال المقال، وخاصة طلبة الدكتوراه المقبلين على المناقشة، لأننا لا نملك إمكانية تغيير بيانات المقال أو إجراء أي تعديل بالبوابة بأي حال من الأحوال، لا قبل ولا بعد نشر المقال.

الملخص: تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية التنقيب عن بعض المنجزات النقدية التي قاربت الرواية التاريخية الجزائرية ثقافيا، باعتبار أن المقاربات الثقافية حجزت لنفسها مكانا معترفا به في ساحة النقد العربي والجزائري، خاصة بعد انتشار مقولات ما بعد الحداثة والتي أنشأت حوارا مع النقد الجمالي للنصوص الأدبية، تمخض عنه المناداة بربط الأدب بسياقه الثقافي المعلن وغير المعلن، ودراسته بوصفه ظاهرة ثقافية تنفتح على عدة تأويلات، طبعا دون إغفالٍ تامٍ لجمالياته، ومن هذه المنطلقات سنخص نحن بالتحليل أعمالا نقدية استعانت بإجراءات النقد والدراسات الثقافية في محاورتها للرواية الجزائرية ذات الاتجاه التاريخي. This research paper attempts to explore some of the critical achievements that approached the Algerian historical novel culturally, considering that cultural approaches have reserved for themselves a recognized place in the arena of Arab and Algerian criticism, especially after the spread of post modern sayings,which established a dialogue white aesthetic criticism of literary texts, resulting in the call to link literature with its declared and undeclared cultural context, and to study it as a cultural phenomenon that opens up to several interpretation, of course without a complete neglect of its aesthetics, and from these premises we will analyze critical work which used the procedures of criticism and cultural studies in their dialogue white the Algerian novel white a historical direction.

Résumé: Teacher stress is a prevalent issue influenced by workload, student behavior, administrative demands, and lack of support. This stress negatively impacts teachers' well-being and classroom effectiveness. Coping strategies, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral approaches, are employed to manage stress. Schools can support teachers by fostering a culture of well-being and providing resources for stress management. Addressing teacher stress is crucial for promoting teacher flourishing and improving student outcomes. This article aims to explore the various factors contributing to teacher stress, its impact on teachers, and effective coping strategies to mitigate its effects.

الملخص: تعددت الموضوعات التي تناولت الصحة النفسية للمراهق لما لها من أهمية بالغة وخطورة عالية على حياة المراهق،لأنه بغياب السلام النفسي للمراهق تكون الأزمات بكل الأشكال و الأنواع. ويحاول هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على واقع الصحة النفسية للمراهق خاصة فئة المتمدرسين وتوضيح أهمية الصحة النفسية له وكيفية تحقيقها في المدرسة بتوضيح دور هذا الأخير في إعداد تلميذ سليم نفسيا ذو شخصية متكاملة. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهجية الوصفية التحليلية لتقديم فهم أعمق حول كيفية تحقيق الصحة النفسية للمراهقين داخل المؤسسات التعليمية. Abstract: The topics addressing the mental health of adolescents are numerous due to its significant importance and high impact on their lives. Without psychological well-being, adolescents are prone to various crises in different forms and types. This research aims to shed light on the current state of adolescents ' mental health, particularly among students, and to clarify the importance of mental health and how it can be achieved in schools. It highlights the role of schools in preparing psychologically healthy students with well-rounded personalities. A descriptive-analytical methodology was adopted to provide a deeper understanding of how to achieve mental health for adolescents within educational institutions.
