About the Journal

قضايا لغوية = Qaḍāyā luġawiyaẗ = Linguistic Issues 

A biannual peer reviewed academic non-profit and open access journal, published by Linguistic Research Unit and Arabic Language Issues in Algeria, affiliated to the Centre for Scientific and Technical Research for the Development of Arabic language, which publishes research and articles in various language sciences and issues in three languages: Arabic, English and French. The Journal has been published in paper form regularly according to a specific schedule since its foundation in 2020. In addition to the paper version, the scientific works published in the journal are available through the Journal's website:

Journal Objectives

 - Provide an opportunity for serious researchers working on studies that fall within the journal's area of research to publish their research. 

- Tighten the connection between readers and writers.

- Contribute to the dissemination of knowledge associated with language and the development of linguistic research.

- Keeping abreast of the development of linguistic research by encouraging research that addresses modern topics.

- Providing scientific content that can be relied upon as a reference for the preparation of academic research.

ملامح الدرس اللغوي لدى عبد القاهر الجرجاني من خلال كتابيه دلائل الإعجاز و أسرار الباغة

الملخص: الملخص: لا شك أنه يعدّ عبد القاهر الجرجاني (471 هـ) عَلمًا بارزًا في التّراث اللغويّ العربيّ؛ فقد انماز بما ألّف في علوم العربيّة كالنحو والصرف والعروض والبلاغة والتفسير، وهذا علما من أعلام التراث اللغوي العربي التي ميّزت العلماء في التراث العربي والإسلامي. كما بينت مؤلفاته اجتهادات علمية طريفة ومؤسِّسة. والحقّ أن الدّارسين والباحثين قد اعتنوا بمؤلّفات الجرجاني قديما وحديثا عناية فائقة شرحا وتفسيرا وتحقيقا وتحليلا ومراجعة ومقارنة، وعلى الرغم من هذا، بقيت الحاجة ملحّة إلى ضرورة العودة إلى الجرجاني لتلمّس جوانب طريفة في إنتاجه، و عليه إعادة قراءة تصوّراته في ضوء الأطاريح الجديدة ، فتراث الجرجاني تراث قمين و جدير بتقديم عديد من الأجوبة على الإشكالات التي تعيق تطور البحث اللغوي العربي، ويفسح المجال لإعادة النّظر في القراءات الكثيرة التي قرأت تراث الجرجاني في ضوء الاتجاهات الفكرية واللسانية المعاصرة. إن العودة إلى التراث عموما، ومؤلفات الجرجاني على وجه الخصوص، في هذا العصر المتسم بالثورة التكنولوجية والرقمية، ليس تمجيدًا ولا ضربا من استغراق الذّات والانغلاق عليها، بل إنه مدخل من مداخل بناء الحاضر، واستشراف المستقبل، وهو -أيضا- ضرورة معرفية لمراجعة قراءات الباحثين لتراث الجرجاني، ومراجعتها، لفهم أصول تفكيره اللغويّ ومرجعياته، ورصد امتدادات هذا التفكير اللغوي في المعاصرين له واللاحقين بعده فماهي منهجية الجرجاني الفكرية ؟و ما هو السبيل العلمي القمين لقراءته ودراسته ؟تتك هي الأسئلة التي نود الإجابة عنها وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.
