Abstract

This research paper addresses a contemporary marketing issue whose importance derives from the value and status of environmental sustainability, which essentially means protecting ecosystems from degradation. However, the study's unique approach is that it approaches this phenomenon against the backdrop of the dawning of the fifth wave of the industrial revolution, or Industry 5.0, and the revolutionary emerging technologies it entails, characterized by green responsibility. The research concludes that sustainable marketing, based on environmentally conscious cyber-physical systems and environmentally committed digital innovations, plays a pivotal role in combating carbon emissions and global warming, and is instrumental in containing the climate change crisis.
