The journal provides a scientific platform for researchers to contribute original, and previously unpublished studies that adhere to accuracy, objectivity, respecting the scientific methodology as well as this journal's publishing conditions . The journal is published in both, print and online versions.

The Impact of Digital Transformation on Enhancing the Quality of Banking Services: A Case Study of the Algerian External Bank (BEA) Branch 42 -Annaba-

Résumé: This study aims to explore the role of digital transformation in enhancing the quality of banking services. Employing an analytical descriptive approach, a field study was conducted through a survey administered to employees at the Algerian External Bank, Branch 42 in Annaba. A total of 42 survey forms were analyzed. The findings suggest that digital transformation acts as a foundational strategy for banks aiming to offer innovative and creative banking services, transcending traditional methods. It significantly enhances service quality, thereby reinforcing the bank’s competitive position.
