Organizational Commitment Among University Professors During Ramadan In Algeria الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين خلال شهر رمضان في الجزائر

Abstract
This research investigated the degree of organizational commitment among university professors in Algeria during the month of Ramadan. The analysis was structured around its three core dimensions: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Utilizing an analytical descriptive methodology, the study gathered data through an online survey. The instrument is questionnaire adapted from the established framework developed by Meyer and Allen (1993). The findings indicated that the overall level of organizational commitment, across all its dimensions, was moderate. Furthermore, the analysis revealed no statistically significant differences in commitment levels based on gender. The study concludes by highlighting the Importance of developing flexible and adaptive organizational strategies that acknowledge the unique context of the holy month. Such strategies are deemed for supporting the psychological and professional well-being of academic staff. It also recommends the creation of assessment tools that are sensitive to cultural and religious factors and calls for further comparative research across diverse Arab and Islamic academic environments. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين في الجزائر خلال شهر رمضان، بأبعاده الثلاثة: (الالتزام العاطفي، الالتزام المستمر، والالتزام المعياري) وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم في جمع البيانات استخدام استبيان مبني على مقياس Meyer & Allen (1993)، وزع إلكترونيا، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي بمختلف أبعاده جاء ضمن المستوى المتوسط، ولم تسجل فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تطوير استراتيجيات تنظيمية مرنة ومتكيفة مع خصوصية الشهر الفضيل، من أجل تعزيز التوازن النفسي والمهني لدى الأساتذة. كما أوصت ببناء أدوات قياس تأخذ في الاعتبار البعد الثقافي والديني، وإجراء دراسات مقارنة عبر بيئات عربية وإسلامية مختلفة.
