مناهج إدارة السلوكات الآمنة في بيئة العمل Methods To Managing Safe Behaviors In The Workplace

الملخص
إن التغيير الذي عرفه مجال السلوك التنظيمي لم يقتصر فقط على سلوك الفرد في المنظمة وإنما أصبح كذلك يهتم بإدارة هذه السلوكات، ومن الوظائف التي أصبحت تعنى بها المنظمات في إدارة السلوكات، هي إدارة السلوكات الآمنة في بيئة العمل لتفادى وتجنب حوادث العمل وما يحيط بها من مشكلات فردية وتنظيمية، ولإحداث تغييرات من ناحية المهارات والخبرات وطرق العمل الآمن والفعال. وترتكز كل منظمة في مبادئها على شعار: "حين نكون على أحسن حال وفي وضعية جيدة سنكون نحن الأقوياء". ما يدل على حرص المنظمات على تفعيل الإجراءات والسلوكات الآمنة وتوفير الأجهزة الوقائية وكل المتطلبات الضرورية لتفادي الوقوع في حوادث العمل. بما فيها وجوب إدراك الفرد للأفعال السليمة والأفعال الخطيرة التي تنجر عنها مشكلات مهنية قد تؤدي به إلى الإصابة أو المرض المهني. فماهي السلوكات الآمنة في بيئة العمل؟ وماهي الاشتراطات الآمنة لتفادي الوقوع في حوادث العمل؟ The changes observed in the field of organizational behavior have not been limited solely to the behavior of individuals within the organization, but have also expanded to include the management of these behaviors. One of the key functions that organizations now focus on in managing behaviors is the management of safe behaviors in the workplace, aiming to prevent and avoid work-related accidents and the associated individual and organizational problems. This also involves effecting changes in skills, expertise, and methods for safe and effective work practices. Every organization bases its principles on the slogan: "When we are at our best and in a good position, we are the strongest." This reflects the commitment of organizations to activate safety procedures and behaviors, provide protective equipment, and meet all necessary requirements to avoid work accidents. This includes the individual's awareness of correct actions and dangerous behaviors that may lead to occupational problems, including injuries or occupational diseases. What are safe behaviors in the workplace? And what are the safety requirements to avoid work-related accidents?
