العلاج الروائي: نهج علاج نفسي مع المراهقين المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف إمكانات العلاج الروائي كعلاج فعال للمراهقين المصابين باضطراب طيف حيث تستعرض أصول العلاج الروائي ونظرياته الأساسية، واهم تقنياته، وإمكانية استخدامها مع المراهقين المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد. وقد اشارت نتائج التحقق ان العلاج الروائي هو نهج هام وفعال، وقد يكون من الأساليب الإرشادية ذات الفاعلية بسد الثغرات والاحتياجات الخاصة بإرشاد المراهقين المصابين باضطراب طيف التوحد، ولكن هذا النهج قد لا يصلح لجميع المراهقين المصابين بالتوحد، مما يتطلب تدخلات أكثر تخصصاً باستخدام المساعدات البصرية والحركية ودمجها مع هذا التهج ليكون أكثر فاعلية، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة اجراء المزيد من البحوث التجريبية و دراسة الحالة للتحقق من فاعلية هذا النهج العلاجي ، وضرورة تدريب المختصين حول تقنيات العلاج الروائي مع هذه الفئة. This study aims to explore the potential of narrative therapy as an effective treatment for adolescents with spectrum disorder. It reviews the origins of narrative therapy and its basic theories, its most important techniques, and the possibility of using it with adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. The results of the verification indicated that narrative therapy is an important and effective approach, and it may be one of the effective counseling methods to fill the gaps and needs of counseling adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, but this approach may not be suitable for all adolescents with autism, which requires more specialized interventions using visual and motor aids and integrating them with this approach to be more effective. The study recommends the need for more experimental research and case study to verify the effectiveness of this therapeutic approach, and the need to train specialists on narrative therapy techniques with this category.
